3 Bd/2 Ba Pool Home W/Garage & RV Parking

There was plenty of parking and the property we enjoyed. However, what we didn't know was how terribly busy and loud the traffic is on the corner where the house sits. The traffic begins around 4:30 a.m. every day and if you are sleeping in the front bedrooms, you feel like you are in a tin can and the traffic is coming through the room. We moved to the back bedroom and closed all the bedroom doors to sleep and it was tolerable. We thought that the drivers of the loud vehicles were very inconsiderate as they would revv up their engines and take off from one of the four stop signs at high speeds and not take into consideration they are in a residential area and keep the noise level down.

Nice location. Clean house with plenty of room in our group of 6. Enjoyed the pool. Tom was very responsive to my emails/text messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Check-in process was relatively easy. AC was pretty nice. There was not any room to utilize the garage, although the listing stated you would have garage access. The beds were not comfortable at all, we slept on the couch the entire time.

The property was perfect with plenty of parking for 3 boats. The house had plenty of space for our large group and was conveniently located to launch ramps, gas stations, and restaurants. Tom was friendly and accommodating. We definitely hope to return. :)

The property was clean and well kept. The location is close to the downtown area and several restaurants nearby. The host was very quick to respond and answer our concerns. I would suggest a file in the house detailing procedures regarding garbage pick up, TV operation, locking up the place, recommended tourism sites, pool operation, etc. Other than being on a somewhat noisy and busy street, I would recommend the place!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. House had lots of space! Pretty much everything we needed!!Sorry we didn’t get nicer weather to enjoy the lovely pool and outside area!!!Great destination! Dated furniture but sufficient.

The house was fine. Nothing special. But the noise was so bad. This house is on a 4 lane road and at a 4-way stop. So loud. All day and all night.

My family came to visit with our Mom and needed the private home to work out of. The home sits on a busy corner so it was a bit noisy at times. The accommodations were exactly what they needed.

This is a great lake house. It had everything we needed for a lake getaway. Only reason I gave location 4 stars is the Acoma is a main road and the stop sign is out front and cars are just loud at night. A couple shots of tequila before bed blocked that noise out. Tom, the owner, is very quick to respond back and I really appreciated that. House is great and yes, I would recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed the trip and Tom's place was very nice. Great location, awesome pool, and plenty of space.
