Stayed Jul 12, 2025Overall, it was great. We did have some minor issues with the wifi and a broken coffee maker but the host was able to mix the issue the same day. The house was clean, spacious and the yard was perfect for my dog.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024I was in the relocation process and needed a place to stay for 20 days. This house was more than perfect!! It’s pet friendly! Super close to beach and to the shopping mall, quiet neighborhood. There is a small pier that you can walk (less than 10 minutes away) to watch the sunset. Owners are very attentive. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very clean and spacious place.

Stayed Dec 28, 2022This house had everything my husband and I needed for a week away. It's in a great location in Santa Rosa Beach, less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach are about a 15 minute drive or you can visit Miramar and Destin about 15 to 20 minutes in the other direction. We visited multiple nearby state parks and enjoyed the hiking trails. The hosts were very attentive, greeting us when we arrived and making sure we had everything needed.

Stayed Apr 6, 2022We had a great experience with the property, the host are close by and were able to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, give recommendations on dinner spots, and were very attentive. The house has plenty of space our group of 8 was very comfortable. House is well equipped for basic needs and clean. You can tell it is a loved home.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022The house is beautiful, comfortable and really well furnished and equipped. Cooking was really easy as every utensil and appliance that was necessary was present! The back porch is a wonderful retreat and we spent pleasant evenings out there. The internet is reliable and Netflix worked perfectly! In addition, the property owner was engaging and very helpful with useful tips about the area.

Stayed Mar 26, 2018My husband and I took our 4 teenage grandsons and grandniece for spring break, ages 14-16. The home was immaculate and very well maintained. The owners were very attentive. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, beach was a short 6/7 minute drive give or take depending upon traffic. Everything was close within 3-6 miles but still had that quiet getaway feel about it. So peaceful sitting on the back porch in the early morning for coffee and listening to the birds and wild life as well as sipping a glass of wine in the evening. Destin is just 12 miles down the road. We have always stayed around Fort Walton and Destin area. Our future vacation stays will definitely be Santa Rosa Island Beach. This is by far the best VRBO property we have stayed in. Our grandsons said this was the best vacation ever. Looking forward to our next vacation stay here.
