The house was nice and spacious and very well equipped. Our dogs enjoyed standing on the balcony and loved walking along the beach. A little cold this time of year...but still beautiful! Great place for a family gathering.

Wonderful Stay with Ocean Views and Thoughtful AmenitiesWe had a fantastic stay at this beach house. Although it’s located on the second row, the ocean view was still beautiful and easy to enjoy. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining, which made meals at home convenient and enjoyable.The home was spotless upon arrival, and we especially appreciated the private porches off both the bedroom and the living area—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The outdoor storage space near the enclosed shower was also a great touch for keeping beach gear organized and out of the way.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach home and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views that we could enjoy right from our balcony. The walkway to the beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. The beach house itself is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, featuring a spacious, light-filled open-concept living area and a well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after our beach adventures. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space, including the shower which was especially helpful in getting our kiddos clean after the beach. The best part about renting this home though, was the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, allowing us to check in early to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, for which we are so grateful. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they even surprised us with a delightful birthday cake for my son and husband, making their special day truly memorable. Overall, this home is a true gem! It has everything you need for a memorable beach experience. We can’t wait to return!

Overall stay was very good. Nice Condo with awesome upstairs deck where you could view the ocean. Mary Ann & Scott thought of everything you would need here when on vacation. ??⛱️?

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, the weather was beautiful, and the beach was only a few steps away. A perfect was to celebrate a family birthday.

MaryAnn was a terrific host. We had a few minor concerns during our stay which she promptly addressed each time. The house is lovely and in a great location. My family and I had a wonderful time!

This may have been the nicest, cleanest, most well equipped beach home we have ever rented. Perfect location with ocean views from the deck and just steps to what felt like our own private beach. Mary Ann and Scott were such gracious hosts and they literally thought of everything. From the ceiling fans and tvs in every room to the 2nd refrigerator near the outdoor shower. This place had it all! There were spices in the kitchen cabinet along with extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent and even plastic containers for leftovers - a rare find. Very cozy and beautifully decorated as well. We especially loved the captain’s chairs with connected tables on the deck for our morning coffee. ? This home exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to return!

We had a great week! Mary Ann and Scott were fantastic. The location was perfect, the home was clean, and the experience was just what we had been hoping for. We definitely plan to return!

Great 2nd row location, best stocked place ever, tasteful, dog friendly furnishings; responsive hosts (we lost internet service for a few minutes). Every thing was as it was purported to be in the listing. Lots of steps for Grammy and Poppy.

Great location, good neighborhood, close to beach access, lots of space, great for families, wonderful deck, great street with little traffic so a great place to walk, run or bike

Very nice house. Very comfortably furnished and thoughtfully supplied. The owners have obviously thought carefully about what vacationers will want while staying there. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Morning and evenings on the top deck are wonderful.
