2nd row, beautiful views, quiet, wide uncrowded beach

Our family has stayed at Sunset Dream East for the past 3 years. The house is beautiful and bright, with a great floor plan that offers space for gathering with family upstairs, and the privacy downstairs to sneak away or tuck the kids in early. The location is perfect—right at a quiet public access, close to everything, but just far enough away to feel removed from it. We’ll be back again next year!

What a wonderful stay! Communication with that host was amazing. We had a few minor issues but the host took care of them in a prompt manner! I was elated to see they had a citrus press. IYKYK. Online pictures of home are what you can expect upon check in. Minutes to the beach.

The property was everything described with views of the ocean and the entrance to the beach across the street. The duplex is beautifully decorated simple and tasteful. All the amenities included that would be needed. Definitely give this place an A for location, amenities and easy communication with the owner.

From booking to the actual stay it couldn't have been any better! Pat was very responsive to all my questions. Everything that was listed was available during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with spices, a variety of pots and pans, etc. We cooked all of our meals so having so many choices was essential. The outdoor grilled was a bonus! The access to the beach was just across the street and made it easy if we needed to get back to the house during our beach time. Overall, our stay was perfect! Everyone had their own space and we could come together during meals or to play games, which we found many to be provided along with books. I am telling you we had an amazing time during our stay.

Property was perfect for our group. The beach access was right across the street and the beach was never crowded while we were there. The owner messaged us the the day before our arrival to let us know we could check-in early since no one was checking out that morning. That allowed us to get in an extra day on the beach. Very nice!

Had a few issues with the property that was brought to my attention by some of the members in my family. I contacted the owner about said issues and they did help with one of the issues but didnt seem to concerned about the other issue which prior to me messaging the owner had cut my husbands ankle.It took the owner over 24 hours for them to reply to my message.I know people are busy and have lives of their own but in my opinion over 24 hours to reply to a renter seems a little long.
