2min Walk to Private Beach! 3BR Gorgeous Townhome!

If you are looking for a micro manager over you then go ahead for this property. We received a list of the house rules when the book-in information was sent. Putting a no sand and no shellfish when you are at the beach is absolutely ridiculous knowing we had 5 kids coming. You cannot expect the house/condo to not get sand in it at all. A broom and dustpan was not even left at the house just incase sand was brought in. It was a great location but the house needs a good cleaning and updating. I was disgusted with the dirt/grime on the base boards and in the fridge. We were not able to cook seafood as we had planned on due to the rule of no shellfish at all in the residence. I will not stay here again!!

Location was great!!! Townhouse was as advertised and great. I’m in a wheelchair and it was surprisingly handicap accessible. Overall experience was great

Fabulous location...the beach truly is right across the street making for an easy walk. The accommodations were very clean and all the basic necessities were provided. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries submitted. We enjoyed our vacation very much, thank you!!

Great location, steps away from the beach. Very roomy and good for a mid size family.

The townhome is well equipped for children. There are two tables (seating for 10) and one table has two booster seats and there is a high chair too. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor next to the kitchen. No stairs for laundry which is great. The kids room upstairs has a study bunk bed with nice stairs to the top bunk instead of a ladder and a trundle bed underneath that easily rolls in and out.We walked to the private beach and the public beach. The private beach has stairs so not optimal for wagons. But the public beach is only a 5-10 minute walk with a ramp for wagons. Carlo was always very responsive to our questions.We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this townhome to others.

This condo is in a perfect location for easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is ample space to spend time as a family in the common areas.

Very close to the beach, clean, right next to cart rentals and Alvin’s Island. Great place with a great location. Private beach right across the street.

We had a great family week at this property. The house was spacious, clean and in great condition. The walk to the private beach entrance was very short and was not a problem. There is a large beach supply store right next door where you can find anything you need. The private beach does not allow tents or pop ups but does allow umbrellas. Bring your own or buy from the store next door. Communication with the owner was great the entire stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

This condo is a great place for a family vacation by the beach. It's very clean and comfortable. Kid friendly. With easy access to private beach. Walkable to many shops and restaurants.
