the photos do not correspond to reality the house is not a suitable property to rent or even to spend a day there the bathroom does not work the beds are on the floor do not go to this place Trust me this is an insane place

It smelled, just not good for families

Nice plenty of room, exactly as pictured . Easy check in and check out Anthony answered messages right away was very nice and helpful. Thank you

We walked in, reviewed the house, and were floored. It smelled of mold and mildew. Ants and plants were climbing in the window and under the floor. There was a bloodstain on the queen mattress. We didn't see any bedbugs, but it didn't matter. After a few minutes inside our skin was itchy. We left immediately.

The property is separated into units which is not advertised. We ended up renting out 2 units because 15 wouldn’t fit in one, even though on the listing and guest information it said 15. The owner was really nice but also extremely confusing. The house was a lot dirtier than expected and quite messy with mattresses just lying around. Not awful, but especially for personally girls i could not stay. The owner gave us a bit of a difficult time checking in. We didn’t even end up staying at property after we saw conditions and smell, we squished into a different rental and didn’t return after first day. If u want a super cheap MDW/Prom weekend house and rlly don’t care about conditions maybe book but know it does look different than photos. Also owner lives in back shed/area on the property. sorry but overall bad experience.

Read the reviews….great location (2 1/2 blocks from boardwalk)….older beach community home…property would only rate one or two stars for amenities and furniture but it is as described and priced well below the updated properties in the area…if you want an inexpensive place to lay your head for the night (with a responsive on-site owner) than this is a good option. If you want stylish amenities than look elsewhere (and in a different price range)…ps there are ants in the kitchen (if you leave food out!) and the smell some reviewers complain about is the smell of salt air in the carpets, paint, and fabric of any beach area home older than 5 years or so

Tony was always available to answer our questions quickly and his place allowed us to sleep with our ultimate Frisbee team together.

Great place and host

The place was exactly what I needed . It was walking distance from the beach and board walk so my family was able to walk there from the beach take showers relax a minute then walk to the board walk . There was enough sleeping room for all of us . It was a nice little place . It was very last minute planning and the owner was quick to respond back to me and he was so nice . All in all it was a good overnight stay .

My experience we did not stay and got charged it was so nasty and dirty we decided not to stay

the listing price was cheaper per day than what I got charged. the place was so damp that even the beds were stinking like mildew. the toilet was backed up, the AC was not working I could not put my family and kid in a place where they could get sick. Honestly, I don't blame the owner, I blame VRBO for allowing such a deteriorated place to be listed not to mention the only house in the entire town that looked so bad it looked like an abandoned house, weeds growing around it, furniture was old but I will never get how such a rundown property could be listed that I could not stay, we left and didn't use the property and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't have my money back. this has been the worst experience in my life. I sure hope your company does something to refund the money I spent. sorry but can't say anything good about this

This property should be condemned. It is not fit to rent and is a scam with pictures to make someone believe that you can stay here in comfort. Property owners should need to update pictures at least yearly to continue using a booking pictures. No longer will i look on Vrbo or Expedia for rentals.

The house was nice but kind of tight for a group of 8 since there is only one bathroom available. The owner was incredible and always provided us with useful information as well as good communication. The house is in a great spot being only 2 1/2 blocks away from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a more upscale place then this property may not be for you, but if that’s not a priority, then this spot would be great for most vacationers .
