Stayed Sep 14, 2025Home was very clean well equipped and decorated nicely. Great location. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space as the first unit always took the slotted spot on site. This is the second time my family booked this house. We were always happy with it. We have been in both units and were not disappointed.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away by how up to date the accommodations are.The decor is so tastefully done and so much attention to detail. Everything you can think of is provided for you, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms, just unpack your clothes and you are ready to enjoy the property. Communication with the property owner is excellent, providing check in and checkout information and providing videos of how to use the tv &appliances, which was very helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that you actually have 2 en-suite’s which have doors to separate them for privacy. Perfect for 2 couples sharing so that you have your own space and both have a view of the harbor. There is also a 3rd full bathroom on the 1st floor and a washer dryer. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and grill for those nights you choose to stay in. All of the pictures provided were accurate, but it has to been seen in person to appreciate how lovely this property is. We can’t wait to return next year

Stayed Sep 12, 2024My husband and I absolutely loved this New England cottage. Clean, comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Cottage had all amenities, check in / out was super easy. Property manager was responsive!

Rachel really does think of everything to make your stay perfect. I have stayed at another property hosted by Rachel and that was just as nice!
