Rockingham is a coastal city located in Western Australia, about 45 minutes south of Perth. It has a population of approximately 130,000 people and is known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle. The city offers a variety of activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. Overall, the public transport options in Rockingham are convenient and reliable, making it easy to travel throughout the city and beyond.

Guests can request a Mid-Stay Clean (rate will be confirmed with guest upon request)
The property will be serviced in full with every clean
All bookings longer than 3 weeks will receive a complementary clean

This property does not allow pets.
Registered service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. Please note that guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused during their stay, regardless of the source. Please also be aware that the courtyard wall is damaged and currently under maintenance.
