Rockingham is a coastal city located in Western Australia, about 45 minutes south of Perth. It has a population of approximately 130,000 people and is known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle. The city offers a variety of activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and fishing.     Positive things- good location re the beach.- well equipped and comfortable house. Less positive things:- the outside patio area (with (table/chairs) ) was totally off limits as a vehicle had driven in to the garden wall some weeks before our arrival (we hadn’t been told in advance!). After a lot of negotiation with the local Managing Agents (‘Full House Management’), I managed to secure a small refund on my booking fee. - It’s on the corner of quite a busy road junction
