Brought my 2 sons for a college station getaway. Location was great. Cindi is clean. Easy to access and comfortable. This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint.

Only 2 parking spots provided but there was plenty of parking so there was no issue. Easy to get in. Spotless and nicely set up. They provide shampoo and body wash but not conditioner. Comfortable beds. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is a great place to stay in College Station and is in a great location. Close to everything and working with Abby was amazing. She provided some great information about the area as this trip was for our daughter's freshman move in at TAMU. My one small suggestion would be to have a outdoor table/chairs on the back patio. It' always nice to be able to enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the morning to get your day started. Thanks again Abby!

I notified the host I bumped a lamp that broke, she asked if I had insurance I told her yes, she claimed over $680 of items I did not damage. She said the stove had scratches on top, the stove was not new it just needed cleaning, she put in a claim for kitchen towels that were not damage, she said I broke the kitchen table and end table which is 100% false. Be aware she claimed more in damages than my stay cost which was 100% false. I was only liable for a broken lamp.

Quick visit to see my son. Condo was easy to find. Clean. Comfortable. Close to everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is to consider a Keurig coffee maker with some pods available for the guests.Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

The property was clean and the communication was excellent. Everything as billed for a wonderful weekend College Station.

Stayed here with the family prior to a campus tour. This condo is located very close to campus. It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked, and it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

This townhome is new, nicely decorated, stocked with lots of helpful amenities and close to campus. We will try to stay here again on future visits.
