2bd/2ba with A/C Near Downtown, Trails, NAU & Hwy to Canyon

The hosts for this property are simply phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They helped us remedy a problem that was entirely our fault and it made a huge difference to our stay. The house is immaculate; it looks to have been completely renovated. The location is fantastic- mountain view, walking distance to downtown. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners have done a lot of work to make the house really nice inside. The bathrooms are somewhat small, but very well appointed and usable. The owners live close to the property and were very attentive. They stopped by at our request the evening we checked in, just to say hello and answer any questions we might have. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone visiting flagstaff.

Rob and Dawn were amazing hosts!! Very communicative, house was stocked with everything we needed, and super clean!! Plenty of space for four people and amazing location to head up to snowbowl or explore downtown!! Definitely saving this spot for future trips!!

The host, Dawn, was very attentive and communicative. She even made us a personalized welcome sign. The place was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and spacious. The beds and bedding were good quality and we slept like puppies. The location was perfect for us. We walked to downtown and had short drives for hikes and outings. We hope to come back. Highly recommend.

Communication with the owners was terrific. They were super responsive and helpful. You could tell they genuinely cared and offered to help in anyway. Close proximity to downtown, yet quite quiet.

The house was great with all the amenities we needed. Communication with Dawn & Rob was easy and clear. They gave us wonderful suggestions of places to visit and hikes that we might not have found on our own.

I stayed at this property for a week. My stay was great and I would recommend this property if your family size is 5-6 people. The location of the house was spectacular! I could hop into my car and drive straight into downtown Flagstaff in about a minute or so.The house had everything you could ask for, which made my stay fantastic. Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Such as garbage bags, dish soap, toaster, full array of utensils and cooking ware.The hosts were great about communication, which made my stay better than expected. Next time your are in Flagstaff and need a great place to stay, this is the place

We had such a lovely time in Flagstaff. Dawn gave us so many great suggestions for dining and hikes and we loved them all. She has really thought of everything, very comfortable, clean space. We would absolutely stay again if we visit Flagstaff!

Everything about this property was awesome! The hosts were very responsive and kind, the property has all of the amenities you need and the location is perfect. We never spent more than $4 on an uber ride, not including tip. I will definitely book again in the future

Extremely comfortable and convenient. We stayed there for six weeks and did not want for anything. Good location, close to downtown and Buffalo Park. Excellent heating and cooling systems. Highly recommended.

The owners were super nice & helpful. The house was clean, comfortable & a great rate. I was hopeful that the house was a little closer walk to town than it was. We took an Uber into town the 2nd night which was fine.
