Guest Access:

During your stay you'll have full access to the entire townhouse, BBQ area, and community outdoor patio area / fire pit. The pool and amenities are reserved for use by overnight guests only. Please be respectful of the community rules and amenities.

With easy access to major highways, our property is ideally located a short drive away from some of Tampa's main attractions such a Busch Garden, University of South Florida, Pepin Heart Institute, Adventure Island, the Tampa Zoo and much more! You’ll find popular beaches including Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Fort De Soto Park as well as major sports areas like Raymond James Stadium and George Steinbrenner Field.



If you're seeking city adventure, downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Take advantage of the delicious dining scene, walk along the Tampa Riverwalk, or discover nature at the Florida Aquarium.



Getting Around:

It is recommended guests have a personal vehicle during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age

2. This is a strict NO SMOKING community. Smoking of all kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the private patio, and on community grounds. This includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, vapes, recreational/medicinal marijuana, and cigars. Guest are responsible for up to $1,000.00 in remediation costs.

3. No parties or large gatherings.

4. Unregistered pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals must be approved prior to booking as they may not always be accommodated. Additional fees apply.

5. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained or damaged bedding/linens.

6. The townhome is surrounded by nature and wild animals such as ducks, turtles, amphibians, etc. Disrespecting or hurting these living creatures will not be tolerated and will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Please keep in mind these are wild creatures and as such we cannot control or continuously clean up after them.



**We are not responsible for complex maintenance and/or shutdowns. Refunds will not be provided for unforeseeable circumstances. An initial supply of basic amenities (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) is provided. Any additional supply needed is at the expense of the guest.**



OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.

    Horrible. Couldn't locate property. Tried calling host no answer . No parking near by . While looking to locate property we passed several people sitting smoking pot. Pretty stinky . Once inside the kitchen was nice, but the area carpet was dirty, the couch was from the 80's, and so were the two chairs. Couch seem to have DNA spot on it. Carpet going upstairs would not walk on with bare feet . Bathroom had hair on the walls, mold on the ceiling, black scratches on the wall. Tile around tub coming off, toilet paper holder had stuck on dust as well as the baseboards. Discussing. When we reached out to the host, she said it over 12 hours since we arrived and there were no refunds, wanted us to send pics . We didn't know how. Just a big argument all in all. We had business to attend to so thank God we were gone most of the day . Scary place outside and inside. Also saw rat traps everywhere and a mouse run by. We left a day early

    Rental was not as advertised. Upon arrival the unit was dirty, floors throughout looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time and only spot cleaned between renters. Place is bare and not at all decorated, walls and baseboards were dirty, cobwebs in the corners, and carpet upstairs looked stained and like it hadn’t been professionally cleaned for a long time. After being in the car for 6 hours I went straight to the master bathroom of course and upon entering I stepped in someone else's PEE! around the base of the toilet. I was completely disgusted to say the least as I had taken my shoes off and was in socks when I stepped it in! Because we arrived in the middle of the night I had no choice but to stay, so I cleaned it up and then put down a bath towel to cover the bathroom floor seeing as someone else’s urine was all over it and I couldn’t mop it. There was also hair stuck to the walls, the bathtub was gross and stained up, rust around the drain, and the beds were hard. I messaged the host the next morning after waking to inform them of the issues with cleanliness. I was then informed that maintenance would be entering the unit to replace a dishwasher sometime that day without my knowledge or approval and after we had left for the day. I asked for a partial refund so I could get a hotel room for the remainder of the stay as I was not comfortable staying but was denied and offered a cleaning again day 2 of 3 instead so dealt with it but Do not recommend!

    Before covid-19, we stayed at hotels for long weekends or short trips. I am a high health risk and now prefer to not be around hotels with elevators and crowded spaces if we are required to travel. We prefer to cook in the unit or bring take-out back to where we are staying. Staying in a townhome or single family home checks all the boxes for us, The townhome was clean (very important). There was a pod-type coffee maker and pods provided for our morning coffee. The listing says coffee maker so I brought our own ground coffee, but didn't use it. The only minor complaint is that is was difficult to find the unit among the multiple buildings in the complex. None of our GPS/maps/phone apps pinpointed the location correctly. If we had arrived when it was dark, it would have been very confusing. Our friends couldn't find it without our help either. The picture on the listing shows the parking in front of the townhome, and it's not. The building sits perpendicular to the parking areas, although it's a short walk to the parking spaces.

    Had a great time in Tampa. Property was easy to find and get access to. Owners had great communication and detailed instructions as to how to access and leave the property at checkout. Didn't use any of the amenities as was visiting family and spent little time there during the day so can't comment on those.

    Clean and cozy. Host was very responsive. We needed to be close to Moffitt and this was perfect for us. Good amenities and comfortable beds. We would stay again if needed!
