Stayed Jul 16, 2025Great house for a Beach stay with family! Great bedrooms (new mattresses!) 2.5 bath with lots of towels and linens. Full kitchen. Computer desk with double screens was a plus! Fresh and clean throughout. Quick walk to beach lots of beach stuff at house to use! Pool is super close. Lots of yummy food nearby! Beautiful sand and sunsets!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025My winter stay in PCB was absolutely enjoyable. A spacious home away from home. The townhome is decorated clean, tasteful, and not overcrowded. There was plenty of storage place for suitcases and boxes that I brought. It was very convenient to park right in front of the unit and bring my items inside. A key code entry was also convenient. Enjoying my morning coffee on the front balcony was especially welcoming. Being from Iowa, this was a treat even if the day was a little bit windy, as the front balcony was sunny, warm and sheltered. Signature Destinations personnel was overly kind and helpful to me. They even purchased a new vacuum cleaner for the unit when I had a problem with the old one. They also helped me figure out how to get postal service delivered to my mailbox. Chad and Paul were quick to respond to anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in PCB.
