Very nice clean and all ementies were perfect for the stay. Qiet clean peaceful property well groomed. 100 percent recommended

Overall everything was great, Kitchen utensils, pots pans etc. The rooms were nice, each one having its own bathroom. Only thing I would encourage persons with physical limitations to rent the elevator.

Love the location and the house had everything we needed

The kitchen and laundry area were great.

Layout of the house was excellent. We had 3 families with us. Each family was able to have separate rooms for the parents and kids and the 3 floors meant everyone had privacy and separation from noise. GREAT location. Walked to the beach everyday and it’s 10 minutes in any direction from all we wanted to see. Also very clean.

This was a great house for our family gathering! The pool was just enough for the kids, and the proximity to the beach was good (about a 10 min walk). There layout of the house allowed for every family unit to have their own private time in between while family times, which was nice. We will definitely book this again!

This property is fantastic for a big group! We had 11 people total - our children and significant others. We cooked dinner at the house each night and never missed anything. I’ve rented many times and always struggle with kitchen supplies / utensils missing. Everything is on site. It is open airy comfortable and clean. I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you for having us!!

The house is showing signs of ware. The fridge was broken in multiple places, the outlets in all the bathrooms would trip regularly and the towel racks in one of the master bathrooms were on the ground with nowhere to hang a towel. The garage did not fit either of the trucks we drove as well. The pool was pretty small which is common for the area but it already had sand in it when we arrived. The table that was out there was also very flimsy and needing replaced. I was very happy with the check in process and also thrilled with the couple that lives in the neighborhood that would provide golf cart trips to and from the beach for tips. They were very nice and always willing to drive us. The beach is one of the best which is why we stay in the area, but the house definitely could use a fresh up.

Our family has enjoyed staying here the last two years.The home is an excellent place for a family vacation.Plenty of beds and bathrooms.The shuttle to the beach is a great help.

This house was very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom has nice beds. The bathrooms are amazing. We were very thankful for the shuttle to help us get everyone to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the park across the street. There is a big playground and lots of fields to play wiffle and kick ball. The area of the beach is not over crowded like many of the places with large condos. Great central location!

Loved the clean, well-appointed house. Very spacious for our annual family vacation with adult children and grands. Distance to beach a little further than desired but complimentary shuttle only a call away was very nice amenity. All-in-all, great get away and highly recommend.

Great place across the street from the park and unbelievable added touch with the large golf cart beach buggy for easy access to and from the beach!!! Would definitely book again!!

We have stayed in better houses, it's a shame about the pool heat. This is the 3rd year in a row, we have paid for it and something was wrong with the heater. The over all experience was ok. We love the area.

We were 10 adults and 2 toddlers, and had plenty of room. Every couple had their own bed and bath, a big plus. The house sleeps 18, but you’d be hard pressed to gather that many in the living and dining area comfortably. The house was very clean and well cared for! There were ample linens, and a full size washer and dryer. Well appointed kitchen had everything we needed but a large skillet. Great large top stove; standard fridge fills up quickly—bring drink coolers. There were no spices, salt, pepper, sugar, oil ( we did leave a few basics behind). The porch off the LR is a great place to have coffee or some quiet time! The pool area has plenty of seating and shade, a lg gas grill, and the bath down there saved a lot of stair trips. It is well shaded with theThe pool itself is smaller than it appears in pictures. We opted not to heat the pool, and it was brisk but not uncomfortable. The ocean is accessible at a couple walkable spots. The shorter walk is sunnier and a bit more challenging over loose sand dunes at the end. You can take the slightly longer path through the park as well. Both beaches are beautiful, and for us the water was warmer than the pool! The host allowed use of a wagon and there are several beach chairs, as well as pool toys. You’re close to everything you’ll need, and there are so many options for restaurants and entertainment. If anyone in your group has mobility issues the elevator is extra but helpful. It’s a wonderful house!

Too many stairs. Knew had 3 floors but not 3 sets of stairs to each floor. Asked to have elevator activated once we saw how many stairs but were told had to be done before. Pool picture is EXTREMELY misleading. Postage stamp size in actuality. Paid to heat it and no one got in. At least 2 bathroom showers leaked to floor, making a trip hazard. Bunk bed shower only came out pulsating as regular stream holes were blocked. Not accommodating.

Had 12 golfers staying and the house accommodated us perfectly. Good location with close access to the beach and the golf courses

Good property in nice neighborhood

Beautiful, spacious property. Had a few hiccups. We are use to properties having detergents for dishes, dishwasher and laundry. Communicated issues and was told this community did not supply these items. We had to purchase our own to wash dishes and towels. Paid 75 a day for 3 days of heat for the pool, but only had heat for the last day. Communicated pool issue with no reply.

Perfect location for acccess to the beach and golf in a nice quiet neighborhood

We were very comfortable in this home. It was especially great to have bathrooms fir each bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed so we prepared most of our meals there.

Very nice house and location. Elevator was very useful because we had two handicapped people in our group. Location was great, quick access to shopping, dining and entertainment.

Our family truly enjoyed our Hilton Head vacation. The house was great, with nice sized bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of seating in the eating area. The shuttle was wonderful for getting to the beach. We plan to stay here again.
