Excellent value. Second and not last time we will stay

Very clean and well stocked!!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean. It is a smart house which took a little getting used to, which was entertaining also. It was very close to Evanguel College which also worked out well for us. Everything we needed was provided. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

The quick responses of the host was great. The cleanliness was pleasant. It was so convenient to where we need to be. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay In fact, I believe we will be in the area again in the upcoming weeks. I will be reaching out to stay here again.

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with my sisters and their families so I was thrilled to find this home available very close to where my sister lives! The house was very cozy, clean and comfortable with great technology throughout. The hosts were particularly attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful stay!

The host was extremely easy to get in touch with and very helpful! We bought some laundry detergent and left it for the hosts. We also bought some soap for the showers etc.. we had some milk that was barely used and some throw away pans plates and cups salt and pepper shakers that we left for the next guest as well. The trash can was not working and the water from the fridge was not working either. Our family had a great time and memories were made! Thank you so much!

Very nice trip with my parents. Clean property close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The huge tv was awesome for watching the first weekend of college football! Will be back!

Everything was wonderful!

The home worked well for the four of us and provided all we needed for a long weekend in Springfield. Close to downtown and easy access to other areas of the city. The owner was responsive to some clean up needs on the back deck - within 30 minutes was on site to clean some debris from the last storm. The house is wired for tech and took some time to figure out - a notebook or attachment with guidance would be helpful. Great home and would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the N Summit house. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The living room couch was comfy and the oversized tv made movie night a pleasure. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet.We would definitely stay here again.Thank you!

It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into making this house comfortable and enjoyable. Communication was very easy and owner was quick to respond. We only stayed one night and were out early the next morning so I really can't provide any good info on the location.

Everything was great for our short stay. Roll away bed was also nice. Garage parking a bonus.

The home was comfortable and easy to get around in. Everything run by the smart home was a little different because none of us have a fully run smart home. I would ask for more bath towels and hand towels, a blanket instead of just the quilt, and some kitchen towels (there were none). It was a nice touch to have spices, oils, and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet.

We visited family in Springfield.

Everything was as expected. We came in for a quick weekend with extended family and with 8 of us this place was the perfect fit for our large family. Definitely worth saving for future trips to Springfield area.

My siblings and I came for a wedding. We booked this place and it was perfect for what we needed. Nice kitchen area, large living room, very comfortable beds and sufficient bathrooms!!

Went well only downside is we would of liked to check in ar 2pm instead of 4pm. Other than that it was great.

The pictures look better than the actual interior. The carpet is old and should be removed. the transition to tile is a trip hazard so we could not have family over for dinner as planned. Walls needed painting. Sliding door had hand prints all over it. Not enough outlets in bedrooms and no second end table in one room with the locked closet; we had to put our dress clothes in another room. Master shower is hobbit sized and bidets unnecessary and unsanitary. the door frame to hall bath when shut was thick with dust and a nail sticking out. the dining table had a sticky finish. The home offers so many amenities like Alexa instructions, comfortable beds, easy in and out, well-lit exterior, hands-free trashcan, fans, games, enormous TV, clean modern fridge but our other family had a new build that cost far less. I apologized over and over to my other family for my choice.

💯% exactly as described, absolutely beautiful house. Spotless and well decorated to make you feel right at home. Beds are amazing! Our host could not have been any more accommodating! Tom was amazing responded fast to any question or concerns. may have had.

The house was very clean and provided all the things we needed for our 1 night stay. From Bass Pro to the house takes you through downtown and an area of town that is questionable. While the communication with the owner was very easy, the continual need to flip the blown breaker from using the microwave was a pain. Overall met the need and wasn't over priced.
