The Master bedroom offers a marvelous morning view to golf fairway and peaks of desert mountain. Large bathroom directly off the bedroom features Stand alone bath, large walk-in shower and a spacious dressing room directly of the bathroom . The master contains 65 inch Samsung smart television

Guest bedroom is both tastefully decorated and spacious with sliding doors to built-in wardrobe/ storage and a wall hung 58 inch flat screen TV. A spacious bathroom is adjacent. The bedroom/ bathroom are located within an area of the main house that has an element of privacy.

Guest Bedroom 3 ( which is a casita ) features 40 inch flat screen Samsung TV , private bathroom off the sleeping area plus a small dining / private space. Built in hanging and storage space.

Bedroom 4 is set up as an office & Den layout - Perfect for work or a quiet retreat . Contains Office desk, 37 inch flat screen TV , wireless printer , Authentic St Andrews golf photography and comfortable sofa (pull-down to bed ) . Work, sleep or relax in private !

All windows through the home have neutral coloured plantation shutters or tasteful neutral coloured blinds.

Cable and wifi available in every room , a telescope is also available for you to gaze at the crystal clear skies above the Sonoran desert.

A Sonos speaker is available to connect to at the house and Yamaha radio system for music and news

The Remodelled garage is a pleasant entry way to the house , however , It should be noted the owners leave there own car in the garage for private use , the garage cannot be used for parking your vehicle , the driveway would have to be used for your car during your stay and 2 cars will fit in the driveway.

Please note the heating of the Pool is an additional cost which should be agreed with the owner and paid in advance . Please contact the owner before your arrival if this is required for pricing .

The Legend trail residents community centre (which is minutes from the house ) offers great facilities available for your use at no cost during your stay.
Access needs to be be pre approved by the owner with HOA , guests can use the facilities , including tennis 2 floodlit courts by day or night , 4 pickleball courts , swim in 2 large community pools, work out in the excellent fitness centre , all the above are part of the facilities which staying at Legend Trail has to offer , pre arrival your intent to use should be made clear to the owner so formalities within the HOA can be met by the owners to ensure no confusion or questions regards your identity.

Legend trail Golf Club is a public course open to all , it is rated by Golf Digest as “One of the Best Places to Play in Scottsdale ” (4.5 Stars) and is right on your doorstep. . A true delight to play for all levels and a classic example of desert golf. If practice is more what you need the course practice facilities are excellent and open the public for unlimited use at a small daily charge. We recommend using golf now or walking into the pro shop.

There are many other top rated courses very close by, such as The Boulders (5 min), Troon North (5 min), Vista Verde ( 15 min) TPC Scottsdale (15 min), Grayhawk (15 min), Sunridge canyon (20 min), Kierland(20 min), Talking Stick, We-Ko-Pa and Many others. All a short drive away ..!

Scottsdale offers some of the best shopping in the West at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons, and the nearby north Scottsdale Rt. 101-Loop area.

    This is the perfect house for a family of 5-7. Everyone has their own space. Great host, always responsive and house has everything you need to settle right in. We love it!

    Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing. Peter was very reachable and helpful when we spoke. House was immaculate! Views of Golf Course and Mountains are picturesque!
