28 Dune Lane - Seaside Haven

We recently stayed at this beach house in Hilton Head from July 5th to July 12th, and overall, it was a fantastic experience for our family of 8. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for our family vacation.The house was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and the deck was a great place to unwind, enjoy the view, and have family meals outdoors.That said, there are a few things that could make the property even better. The pool would benefit from having handrails near the steps, especially for older guests or those who might need a little extra support. Additionally, the deck area can get slippery when wet, so a more slip-resistant surface would be a helpful safety upgrade. A ceiling fan in the deck area would also be a great addition to help with airflow during the hotter days.Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful time, and the house was a great fit for our family. With just a few upgrades, it would be an even more perfect getaway. We’d definitely consider returning for another family trip!

Great location. Easy beach access. Nice pool area.

We stayed at this property with our two kids and friends who also have two kids. Before check-in, all communication was timely and concise. The listing was as described. The property was very clean with plenty of clean towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels for use. Communication with the property management was easy and efficient while we were there. We had one small issue upon arrival and they took care of it promptly. The location of this property was perfect. We were right off the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. We had PLENTY of room for our two families. We could not have asked for a better stay and will definitely rent from this property management company and this location again!

The house was immaculate so well laid out and great for our family of 5 adults and 2 young kids. The location can't be beat!

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful property. The management company was extremely available and proactive for anything we could need. The home is newly updates and very comfortable for out two families. So many bathrooms that everyone was able to have privacy. The porch with view of the ocean was incredible. The beach is literally steps away gorgeous! I feel like we got an incredible deal renting this property and will defintely be back!

This house is amazing! The space, the location, the amenities were everything we wanted and needed. There is a perfect view of the ocean from upstairs, and we were able to watch the sunrise every morning. It was a great size for 3 families. If we could have, we would have stayed much longer. No complaints at all. Great communication and understanding of property requirements. We were able to check in early, too. We would happily stay here again.
