I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately a slip on loose carpet caused serious injury and ruined the trip. I hope they fix it because otherwise it’s a great house in a great location

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location; yard is lovely complement to the just-a-short-walk-away beach. Home is thoughtfully set up. Very clean. Spacious. We had a fixable problem that when addressed with Martha Murray Realty was remedied very quickly and with good communication.

The renovations are wonderful and the area is delightful. Wifi was a bit unreliable so not ideal for working vacations.

Inside was perfect for two couples and a toddler . Having the half bath off the master was nice. The deck was nice with a small view of the pond . The yard was well kept and the fire pit was fun. Smores for the grandchildren. The only thing that would of been nice was some steak knives and a blender . Just about perfect except for the weather but we did have some nice days
