Located 2nd Row Oceanside on the Atlantic Ocean, this beautiful 7-bedroom home features 3 master suites with private bathrooms and balconies, all-weather Carolina Room, furnished outdoor deck, private pool and spa, 4-car garage and bedding for up to 16 guests.

The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with a gourmet kitchen that opens to the great room. The kitchen features 2 ovens, granite countertops and a large center island. There are three bedrooms on the main level, including two bedrooms which have 2 twin beds each sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. The third bedroom is a master suite with a king bed and private deck. The master bathroom has granite counter tops, double sinks and a large shower. A separate office and a large laundry room are also located on this level.

The second floor features four bedrooms and a separate sitting area with sleeper sofa, chair and mounted flat screen TV. Two of these bedrooms are master suites with a king bed, private deck and large updated bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom on this level features a king bed and private bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination, and the fourth bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combination.

Amenities at 26 Surf Scoter include Surround Sound speakers throughout the outside patio and living areas, private pool, heated spa and paver pool deck with chaise lounge chairs and sling chairs. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area above the pool area is a fully furnished covered patio with sofa, chairs, dining table and grill. Below the home (new in 2019) is a fully furnished room with ping pong table, bar table and bar chairs, sofa, love seat and swivel chair. This room is the perfect retreat for relaxation, reading, eating or indulging in your own family games. The main home is outfitted with cable and flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. The home features keyless access and the garage is available for guest use. Got any tennis players in your family This home also comes with a tennis membership at South Beach Racquet Club, so you and your guests can enjoy an hour of free court time each day of your vacation! Sea Pines Racquet Club is a bike ride or short car ride from 11 Green Heron. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace is non-functioning inside the home.

Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
