In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a private pool, and views of Osprey Point Golf Course. Conveniently located on Governors Drive, the main thoroughfare in Vanderhorst Plantation, the home is a 7-minute bike ride to the beach.

Accentuated by hardwood floors, stately columns, and arched windows, the main living room is centrally located in the home and has easy access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers a large center island with bar stool seating. Just off the kitchen, the dining room and den have picture windows offering views of the golf course. The den will prove to be the main gathering space with its ample seating, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and close proximity to the kitchen.

The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, writing desk, access to the back deck, and private bathroom with large shower, bathtub, and double sinks. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds, each have their own bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.

Step out to the back deck to enjoy dining al fresco, lounging by the pool, or soaking in the views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are about 10' X 24'. The pool cannot be heated.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

    Nice well built home needs some upgrades and general maintenance. Provided list to property owners for general repairs. Nice location about 15 minute bike ride to beach off Flyway drive. Great proximity for golfers that is central to all the island courses. Perfect for a small family with two extra bedrooms at the opposite end of the master.

    This property and its location is spectacular. We stayed close to the house for the most part because my son couldn’t get enough of the pool. The area is quiet and the house is fantastic. Lots to do between pool, beaches, or venturing further into Charleston. We will definitely be back again.

Great location. Short drive or bike ride to the beach. House was giant and clean and very bright.

Reviewer Comments: House was as advertised , clean ,in a good location and was big enough for our family of 7 even with 4 of them working from home while we were there . It backed onto the 7th hole of Osprey golf course and it was so nice sitting outside in the undercover porch even when it rained . A couple of things that need improving on is the outside patio furtniture was way past its best which was a shame because the furniture inside the house was of good condition . Although the kitchen had plenty of dinner plates and silverware it wasn’t very well stocked if you wanted to cook a family meal .

This was our first time to get a pool at Kiawah in 17 years......LOVED it!
