Family friendly, great location, beach access a very short walk.

This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. I usually don’t take my shoes off for the first few days in a rental but when we walked in, we all immediately felt at “home”.This home was so clean and beautifully decorated. Stocked with anything you would need. Very short walk to the beach. We love the location. Quiet neighborhood. We definitely will consider another visit.

We loved this house. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. The set up is very comfortable. The decor is great and not cluttered like some houses we’ve stayed at in the past. The kitchen is well stocked with useful items. Lots of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to use on the beach, so we didn’t have to bring our own. There is a grill, picnic table and shed in the backyard. We will stay here again if it available. Thanks again for being so responsive.

This home is lovely. The decor is beautiful. House is very clean with comfortable chairs and large comfy beds. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with kids. The shed in back is filled with chairs, toys, and 4 bikes. We loved having the extra beach wagon to use along with ours. Really great stay with a great host to communicate with. The area was quiet and beach not crowded even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place. Worked perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, convenient. The hosts provided a very well stocked kitchen. And we used the available beach chairs which were a great help.

We loved our stay here and highly recommend to families wanting a great get away! The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone wanting to be able to cook meals for the family and return to the beach instead of going out to eat. The walk to the beach is short and easy and not crowded at all. Very, very nice! We loved it!

Great place for a a large family stay. Me and my family (Fiancé, me, mother, father, brother and his wife and 4 yr old and 2 yr old, and sister and her husband stayed here a week. Great place for a large family to have individual rooms for privacy on a budget. Short walk to the an amazing under crowded public beach access. Away from the condo madness but close enough to get to restaurants and sites with little trouble. Great family friendly area. 10/10 would recommend will most likely book here in the future.

250 steps to the beach is no lie. What a great location and close to Rosemary Beach for dining and a Publix for groceries without any traffic jams. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Note: the master bedroom upstairs is bigger than what appears in the photos. This is the first time I have used VRBO and Donna promptly answered all my questions. i would stay here again. Dining suggestions are Shades Bar and Grill (not your typical bar food), Amici's Pizza and the Canopy Road cafe for breakfast.

Stayed here to celebrate one of our girls! We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and that nobody had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed! Communication with the owners was great as well! Will be booking again in the future!

Great location in PCB for those looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Beach is clean and not too crowded. House is close to restaurants but not in the middle of the party scene. House is beautiful- very clean and fully stocked making it easy to arrive and settle right in.

We just returned from a week stay and the house was perfect for our trip. Great location with an easy walk to the beach, even with kids. The house was as listed and very clean! Would stay here again.

This was our third time staying here. It’s beautiful and clean. The beds are comfy and it’s super close to the beach. It feels like home. We love it!!!
