Stayed Jan 30, 2026Pleased with the communication between the host. Great stay right across the beach. The house is beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and cutlery, and the garage is full of beach equipment/bikes. Our little one was with us, making the travel crib very useful for naps and bedtime. 10/10

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Our family had the best time staying at Autumns beach house. The location can’t be beat and the surroundings are breathtaking. The house itself is well laid out and very comfortably fit our family of 5, not to mention its so clean, modern and stylish. The house has everything you need for a beach stay—All kitchen ware to cook nightly meals and beach chairs and accessories for daily adventures. We had so much fun on the coast— walkable sand dunes and tide pools to explore, crabbed nearby and enjoyed a local rodeo. So many wonderful memories! Can’t wait to return someday!

Stayed Apr 5, 2024We had a perfect weekend stay at the house and will be making plans to come back in the future. The house was very accommodating and clean on arrival. Be prepared to do a lot of sweeping due to the sand that surrounds the house but that should be expected since the house in technically on the beach. The only issue we had was waking up to the garbage cans out front being knocked over all over the road due to a black bear that took a late night stroll through the neighborhood.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023My husband and I made our annual summer trip from Iowa to Oregon to visit my son, his wife and three Grandkids (3,5 and7). We decided to take an adventure for a few days at the beach. We loved our stay at the Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023This was our first trip to Pacific City and it was fantastic. The house was wonderful, decorated for the 4th and extremely clean. Things were so well labeled it was easy to find things and put them back in the correct location. The distance to the beach was perfect, we had sand in the driveway to keep the kids content till we walked on the actual beach. They house was plenty large enough for 2 kids and 4 adults. We put the 'family' downstairs and the visiting uncles on the main floor. The loft got used for reading. We definitely enjoyed both porches. When we needed sun and no wind it was back deck and once sun was at front of house we moved there for the view (ocean and people watching). We would come back for sure. Autumn was great about answering all of our pre trip questions. Thank you!
