25 Night Heron - Sea Pines - 1 Bed 1 Bath Sleeps 4 - Hilton Head Rentals

Beautiful property very conveniently located within a bike ride of most activities we had planned for the week. The one issue we had was handled quickly and kindly by management, would absolutely come back!!

Overall, this little guesthouse was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 medium dogs) with its intimate, but still roomy size and easy beach acess. Beach is literally less than a 5 minute walk! Nice decor that gives an airy beach feel. The bed was okay, just a little hard for our preferences, but if thats your jam than probably just fine. Communication with the rental company was consistent and clear. Really glad this unit had a small washer/dryer as we had to wash some towels before packing up. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful unit.

This neighborhood was very pet-friendly. The kitchen was well stocked, but we didn't cook during our stay. The place is very small, but it suited our needs for a four night stay with two small dogs well. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible, but we were happy to be at the beach anyway!

I loved staying at this sweet property! It is very comfortable, quiet and in a great neighborhood. Loved the beach access, trails and amenities that is offered at Sea Pines! Only 2 things really stood out preventing a 5 star “cleanliness” rating - with the hefty cleaning fee, I was surprised that a more detailed clean was not completed. Windows (inside and out) were dirty. Specifically, the inside windows had dog nose smudges and window sills were dusty. I noticed dog hair on the couch, which could have been cleaned off if vacuumed after the last guest. I ended up washing the interior windows and glass doors myself. The unit was well appointed and furnished nicely. Very comfortable! Loved spending time in the swing in the living room - super cozy! Others had mentioned the issue with the king bed and the slats - I noticed that something was off, as the bed was slanted down. The mattress was comfortable. The outdoor space was awesome, too - it was private, quiet and the deck was furnished nicely. Loved keeping the patio doors open and feeling the cooler air. I loved my stay in Night Heron - if my travels take me back to HHI, I would definitely look to rent this unit again. It was a peaceful, lovely stay!

Great little place for me and my wife and our dog. It was clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of nights. The bed and couch were both comfortable and there were beach chairs at the property to use. We would stay here again!

Property is in a nice, quiet location. It’s very convenient to the beach. It’s ideal size for a couple and a pet. Would be very cramped for more than two people. Overall it was a nice place, but owners would be well served to put in a box spring or plywood support under the mattress. The bed is not very comfortable, the frame is weak, not compatible with mattress and allows it to sag. Our trip was overall great and we would stay there again if the mattress situation was better.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros-nice location-nice decor-clean, but details overlookedCons-Router needs to be replaced because not producing a strong enough signal for Roku TV in den to function. Reported issue but no one ever followed up after appearing on property to check the problem. Never could use either TV.-Bedframe needs to be fixed or replaced because supports are on the floor, or possibly broken. So mattress sags to the floor. Reported, but no response.-No dish cloth. Upon arrival had to wash the white bathroom rug that was filthy. Wet beach towel left in washer from previous renters.-Trash never picked up so my trash along with previous renters trash in garbage can.
