Garage Garage Garage if you need an oversized 4 car garage this house easily can fit 45ft boat. The house was perfect, backyard is a bit smaller then pictured, only thing I could recommend to make house perfect would be a sliding glass doggy door. But honestly this house is a gem and one of our top favorites we look forward to booking next year. There is not a thing they didn't think of to make our stay perfect! Owners are AMAZING! Quick to respond and went out of their way to accommodate us. I could talk all day about this place! Just book you will love it!

This is the 2nd time staying at this property. We like it so much we will definitely rent it again. The house is big and spacious, the decor is perfect, the kitchen has everything you need, the garage is big enough for your boat and truck, they have lots of great games and the owner is great about any questions you have.

Great place. Well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that everything was nearby. The use of the large garage was also fabulous for all of our toys.

The property was exactly as shown. Plenty of kitchen items, extra towels, blankets and room for all of us outside. So close to everything. Host was very responsive and easy to work with making our stay even better. I highly recommend this house!

Everything was wonderful from the minute we drove into the large garage. We turned the dogs out in the big fenced backyard and settled in. Shannon’s home is extra clean and very comfortable. Can’t find anything to complain about. :-) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay at the lake house in Havasu. The home offered all the amenities we were looking for including a comfy couch, space for additional family members to stay, back yard space with a great firepit, and parking. Home was clean and Shannon, our host, was always quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Only stayed for a short time but host was very responsive and the property was as listed. Yard was very pet friendly. We will definitely stay again. Beautiful home.

First and Foremost Shannon is an amazing host. The house was perfect for a great night sleeping and afternoon breaks. We were out and about most of the time, enjoying Lake Havasu. The reason I rated only 4 stars for cleaning is we found outdoor fireplace not firing up. Shannon was going to send a handyman to repair, but that would have been an inconvenience being late Saturday afternoon for her and us. We highly recommended this vacation rental. We appreciate Shannon’s care.

The house was perfect for our short stay to see the Lake Havasu Christmas Lights. It was very clean and the location was convenient to everything we needed. A plus was the ability to use the massive garage. Communication with the owner and check-in and out were really easy. We had zero issues with this rental.

Beautiful and very clean home! Host has put a lot of time into making the home comfortable--even the bunk beds were extremely comfortable! Drawers, lights, fans are labeled, making the stay very convenient :-)

This home was truly exceptional. Shannon thought of everything one would need down to the last detail. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communications with Shannon were answered in a timely manner. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were large and thick. I would stay here again for sure.

Stayed at the Beautiful Lake House with my family 4 adults 2 grandkid. The house felt like home when we walked in. Neighborhood was very quite. My grandkids had a great time playing in fenced in backyard . Really like the size of the kitchen and the bedrooms. The kids were very happy that they had a TV of their own to watch their shows. Of course the adults were happy since they could watch sports in peace. All of the above help make the trip great. Thanks O.Cobb

We’ve been taking my parents to Lake Havasu for the last 20 years and we absolutely love our October vacations to run to the sun and we especially loved it this year because the house was perfect for us clean accessible and close to everything and Shannon is amazing and very attentive.

This house is clean and a great place to stay with family. Will be back!

The house had everything you need. Very spacious. We always look for a comfy couch and the couch was amazing. The shower was great with a soft water system. The garage is huge and the location is near everything you will ever want.

My wife and I were very impressed with the property. Check in and out was very simple and the place was very clean! The best part was being able to use the big garage and store my boat in it over night. This place also has very comfortable beds and is nice and quiet. We will rent this property again in the future.
