2.5 Miles From DT, 2 Spaces

This is a rental property set up by people who have stayed in bad rentals and refuse to do that to their guests. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved the home and the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was awesome. The house was just as they said it would be. Very quiet neighborhood!!!Communication with the owners was 5 star, very prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!!

The house was excellent. Kitchen well stocked, duaghter loved her own space in the basement with her little apartment. Very easy to get downtown Nashville.

We loved this spot. Perfect size with decent privacy for our group: two adults and a couple who needed their own rooms, and two who were comfortable being on the sofa beds. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. We just have two notes. The sofabed on the first floor needs a repair—it leans down dramatically on one corner. And as we had two older adults with is, a handrail for the front steps and grab bars in the bathrooms would have made them feel safer. With that in mind I also encourage you to mention that the stairs are fairly steep on your listing. But we were all fine and had a great visit!

This property provided everything it advertised. Great neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of Broadway but close enough to get there with a short car ride. The home was fully stocked and had every modern convenience at your fingertips. Outside was a tranquil setting in both the backyard and front porch. Plenty of walkable restaurants, grocery and coffee shops.

My family and I were in town touring colleges with my daughters and mom. The house was perfect for our stay! It was spacious enough for the five of us, and it was very clean! The location was great! We will definitely plan to stay there again if we’re in town!

Location was great to all activities in Nashville. Neighborhood very quiet. A plus that Kroger is so close by also. So nice to have the extra area in the basement for all 3 couples to be comfortable with some privacy.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The layout of the house fit our needs perfectly and was equipped with everything we may have needed. The backyard provided a safe place for the kids to run off a little energy and everyone enjoyed being able to cookout and end the night with s’mores at the fire pit! Most definitely would reserve again if our annual vacation ever takes us back to Nashville!

Plenty of room so everyone can have space. Easy Uber to Broadway. House had everything we needed.

We made a quick trip to Nashville to take our grandson to the Nashville Zoo, and this house was just perfect for us! The layout was great for our group of 6. We loved the decor and the comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again.
