Host was very quick to respond when we needed something and the walk to the beach was short

It was nice and clean very quiet. I loved it. We will definitely come back. And very reasonable. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We liked the location however, the walk to the beach is along a highway. Our elderly father could not walk that far from the condo to the beach so that was disappointing. It is definitely longer than 8 min. We didn’t have enough towels, kitchen supplies, and household products to supply 6 people for a week stay. We also could not get hot showers after communicating with our host which was also disappointing. I did not realized one of the bedrooms was adjoining to the master bedroom and that should have been more in the description. The area is pretty and the location of the condo is nice. However I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to someone. Hot showers at the least are a must on vacation. We had to buy extra supplies such as trash bags to use while we were there in the condo.

It was a great place to stay. It had what we needed for our stay. It was clean when we arrived. We all enjoyed our stay there.

The condo was great. The only issues we had were: 1) the light bulb above the dining room table was blown. I had to change it out myself. 2) The TV in 2nd bedroom wouldn't work. 3) There wasn't any teaspoons with the silverware. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach. When we needed a situation addressed the owner was right on it.

Overall this was on my list of least favorite . Ive used Gulf Highlands condos for 8 years .First of all it took the owner until after 2pm the day of arrival to give us the information of address and the codes to get in the gated area and also the home unlock code even tho i asked for it 3 days before the arrival day. I actually was worried it was a fraud listing and i began to freak out .. First of all theres no curtain or blind over the front or back doors. We had to put a sheet over each door at night so no one could see in. Nevermind the screen doors probably were from the original build 30 yrs ago . The needs updated very bad. The floors havent been mopped in so long due to the black on the bottom of our feet when we walked barefoot ..it was like we walked thru black dust..the second day i had to mop it 3 times with dawn and hot water ! The next day i mopped again 3 more times ! Under the couch and chairs and tables it was dirty with sand and debris from normal not cleaning properly each week . There was 5 towels and wash cloths for a family of 6 ,2 which were children ! I had to buy more of course to have on hand. Tv in the 1st room did not work. The second bedroom is attached to the main bedroom which was not stated in the listing. The hot water would run out quickly! And HUGE ROACHES !! Ive never seen any that big in my life and im 54 ! There would be baby roaches also in food if we even left a crumb on the counter ! On a good note the beds were clean

Very nice property, the third bedroom with two bunk beds is very hard to cool down, we did buy a fan and left the door open to make it cool enough to rest in the room. A wonderful time was had by all.

My daughter graduated from high school and wanted to hit the beach! This location is perfect for a short walk to the beach, food and shopping. The condo is clean and great size for our part of five - 2 adults and 3 teenagers. In the heart of PCB, so the beach has a great vibe, but if you need a break from the beach, the pools in the complex were a great substitute. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place near pools and putt putt course. Ten minute stroll to beach. Beds very comfortable. Decor nice. Everything works. Did have a problem with guest bedroom TV, but we were so tired from all the activities that we did not care about watching a TV, Just getting to sleep. Owner/Hostess provided everything we needed and was very polite/helpful and returned text in timely manner.

The AC was so loud at night, it woke me up every time it kicked on in the bedroom. There were giant cockroaches in the kitchen. They were at least 1.5 inches long. It was too far from the beach entrance. I had to rent a cart so I could get there. I am 66 years old and it was too far for me to walk. The cart was 65 dollars a day. You should let us know the distance while accepting this rental.

The property was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. There were plenty of beds, and the space out back was nice.

We have stayed in various places within Gulf Highlands over the years, and our experience was everything we expected out of a condo within this gated community. Ada was very responsive to anything we had questions on and the facilities served us perfectly!
