Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. We’re in town for Marathon weekend. Within half mile of start.

This spacious house is located right off our favorite boardwalk. We enjoyed ourselves. Property management was very responsive to the two issues that occurred.

What a wonderful stay in a lovely home that accommodated our size family perfectly. The easy access to the beach was wonderful. We would certainly come back!

Great location. Spacious house. Clean and tidy. House and contents a bit tired.

We decided to go to Kiawah at the last minute and wanted something close to the beach and near the front entrance. This house was perfect. Great bedroom set up and plenty of room for everybody.

The house was beautiful and we loved being so close to the beach as well as nearby shopping and restaurants. A few suggestions are…the house is described as being able to accommodate 14 for the week but there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only 6 pool towels for the 14 people to use. Also there are many light bulbs burnt out and we couldn’t find extras to change them. We loved the house and Kiawah though and had a great vacation!

The location is wonderful and the home is perfect for four couples... plenty of room to spread out and work in the morning and easy walk to the beach in the late AM into the early PM. If you come to the home know it is vintage early 2000s feel, all you need is in the Kitchen, the rooms are large and wonderful. We especially liked that each couple had its own full bath. The pool is the perfect size to cool off and hang around when having a cocktail or two. Bring and HDMI cable and Roku if you want to stream as the TVs are a bit out of date. The WIFI worked wonderfully. The management staff did a great job of working with us, we needed a new propane tank for the grill (make sure to check that out) and they provided us a new tank. The grill works great as gas grills go. The last full day of our trip we went into Charleston it is about a 40-min drive with traffic. Definitely recommend at least one day there. Kiawah Sanctuary hotel was wonderful as well. There is a fine dining option know you will need a jacket - they will also provide you one if you need it.... other dining options are available and shorts are just fine. Overall I am giving a high rating because of location (the beach is right there)..., the amount of space you get for the price --- it is all about creating your own fun! If you are expecting a perfect modern home and must have perfection it is not the place for you. If you are about the experience you will not be disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of 11 adults.Proximity to the beach was a real plus. The only negatives was that neither the under counter icemaker or the one in the freezer worked but there was a portable icemaker on the counter which worked fine. Some lightbulbs were out (e.g., the toilet area in the first floor primary bedroom). The elevator did not work on the ground floor (appeared to be bolted from inside) but it did work on the other floors. That's a problem with bringing in luggage and groceries and for people who have a problem with steps! All in all, assuming these items get fixed, we would be happy to return!
