Linda is a wonderful host. Everything about this place is terrific. I loved taking a swim in the pool and enjoying all the touches Linda has done to the outside area. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Northridge was great. Linda is an exceptional host. From the bedding to the blinds on the window ( I like sleeping in a dark room), to the waters in the fridge and the little chocolates on the dresser, it was all so perfect. The place was quiet and the surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with lots of trees and flowers. All the instructions were clear and detailed.

Do yourself a favor and book another place. Context- I was supposed to be in LA for a month. My father was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks before but I was convinced to go anyway. After I got there I decided to go home because I just wanted to be with my dad while he goes through radiation. I informed the host via text and spoke to her face to face. She seemed pretty compassionless. I called Vrbo and asked how to check out early they told me she had to do it on her end plus come to an agreement on a refund. I texted her that got no response. Left in the morning, sent another text, no response. After several weeks of sending messages she still has not responded to myself AND Vrbo!!!! You think someone who owns a business would be more aware! So I'm out thousands of dollars for a one night stay. PLUS I come to find out I would be sharing the property with other Vrbo properties which was not listed in the description. This woman is vile and heartless. But you know what they say KARMA! How many of you guys wanna bet she'll respond to this because it's public ? #I'vegotreceipts

A garden like atmosphere and charming attention to detail.

This rental was so special because Linda thought of EVERYTHING to make her guests comfortable: an egg-crate mattress topper (swoon!,) luxurious high-count sheets, a pantry with lots of snacks and a fridge stocked with soft drinks. She even had the next morning’s continental breakfast waiting for us! We enjoyed the two thick terry robes, and the radiant fireplace gave extra warmth and a romantic glow to our visit! Extensive gardens surrounded the house...and we were lucky to see the amazing Christmas decorations. Thank you, Linda, for sharing this welcoming place with us! We certainly hope to stay with you on our next visit to California. Your new friends, Gail and Tim
