The Space:

Our Fort Myers Beach property is located mid-island within walking distance from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. In a quiet neighborhood 1.2 miles north of you is the island Publix grocery store and 3.7 miles away from the island's famous time square. Take a trolley, or take a nice walk down Estero Blvd to reach any of these attractions.



Sleeping up to 6, 231 Dundeeis a beautifully renovated 2bed/1.5bath home with a king-size bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest room, and a pullout couch in the living room. Coming home at night after a long day of fun on the beach can be exhausting and this is the perfect spot to unwind with the family. Make this property your next vacation getaway! Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.



This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

    Wagon provided to get to beach with supplies. Pets allowed on the beach. Area rugs were removed to garage due to pet urine odor. Very nice neighborhood. Lots of dog people. Plenty of beach items, umbrellas chairs bikes. Furniture in living room could use a cleaning or replaced, again due to pet odor. We stayed a month- it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

    My 10 day planned stay turned into 2 months when a property sale fell through. Extending my stay was simple and quick. And any time there were issues with anything whether it was maitenance needs or random questions, the staff was helpful and prompt. I felt they kept me notified appropriately whenever stuff was needing to be done at the rental so we were never surprised by maitenance people showing up (which wasn't often, but it's good not to je surprised). I would use TriPower again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic beach access location. Very friendly neighborhood. Unfortunately the pandemic situation caused the beaches to be closed after our first 18 days at the location. At checkout no one at the management company was available to answer questions and we didn't recieve a return call from them when we left a message. This was a very unusual situation and previous to everything shutting down they were very responsive to our questions and requests.

    The house is brand new inside and has everything we needed. Less than 2 blocks from the beach. Everything for the beach including a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella was at the house for us to use. The king size bed in the master bedroom was perfect. There was even a Weber grill and bikes that we could use. Will definitely stay here again!
