Stayed Dec 22, 2025This was a great location for our sons who were staying here without a car. They could walk to coffee, across the street, and two grocery stores were very close. Even though they were at our house much of the time it was a great place to head back to for quiet time, or nap time. They also appreciated the full kitchen and washer and dryer. Thank you.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025This home and yard was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, quiet and convenient. We had a question about the propane and the host replied to my text immediately. We enjoyed the patio firepit and the large table. We all agreed that we would stay again.

Stayed May 28, 2025Loved the location, lots of space, inside and outside to spread out. The only downside was there was a dearth of plates, bowls and coffee cups. However there was plenty of wine glasses. A set of salad plates and a few more dinner plates/bowls/coffee cups would make this an even better place to settle in and enjoy Ashland.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024Exceptionally clean apartment! Easy walk to downtown Ashland, the theaters, lots of restaurants and Safeway. There's a coffee shop just half a block away! We enjoyed the outside patio furniture with the nice weather during our stay. Beds are on the firmer side. The neighborhood is very quiet.
