Stayed Dec 27, 2025The location, house, amenities, communication, and cleanliness were top notch. The rooms were great for our group, the heated pool and hot tub incredible and location unmatched. We ran into a couple small issues while there which were both taken care of immediately and with the kindest people.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024This house was ideal for our groups needs - close to the beach, great pool and hot tub, big table to play games, and a great kitchen to cook in. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with space to spread out. The house felt nicer than many “updated” rentals. We loved being so close to the beach and having bikes ready to go at the house. We’d love to come back!

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Beautiful property with close walk to the beach. We visit Hilton Head almost every year and this was our first time at this property. The weather this year wasn’t the best for the beach so it was great having so many things to do at the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, ping pong table and PlayStation for the younger crew. We also enjoyed riding the bikes to Coligny. The house is stocked with virtually everything you need. There is a wagon in that can be taken to the beach, but you will need to bring your own umbrella chairs. Wasn’t a problem for us because we chose to rent those items. You won’t be disappointed here!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024This property exceeded our expectations. The game room was a favorite for the teenagers to play pong. The decor was so gorgeous I was sad when I had to leave the luxury. The attention to detail and the design was first class. I loved the comfort of the sitting areas, especially the unique sitting area off of the bedroom (where I was able to get a bit of work done). The pool was perfect. It had a little table that was cool to sit around and talk. I will absolutely rent this property again. Thank you for making this property so special.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024This was a beautiful well kept home. We took our 4 adult children and their fiancé. We had space for all of us. A short walk to the beach, a short walk to coligney plaza and a short drive to other restaurants in the area. The home had ample space for everyone and would definitely come back here.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and space for family time. The walk to the beach is easy and it's convenient to Coligny via the bike path or a short drive. We should have done a better job reading what came with the house as we wouldn't have needed to bring our extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, or a pack-n-play. We'll plan to stay here again for our next HHI trip!
