Stayed Dec 27, 2024This is the coolest place, well-appointed, high end appliances and solid knives and other cookware. The challenge is that nothing is labeled, there are light switches for days that you have no idea what they control, there is no welcome binder, no YouTube video like we normally expect at premier properties (we rent places like this all over the US). The location and the house itself are immaculate so these errors are easily fixed. Purg senior mgmt saved the day. Thx to Michael and team. I would stay here again, but it would be great if they fixed these sophomoric swings and misses.
