In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This beautiful and secluded 5-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental in West Beach boasts a heated pool and is only a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The property features a 4-bedroom main house and a 1-bedroom guest suite above the garage (thegarage is not available for guest use).

Relax on the large back deck and enjoy the lagoon views and the abundant wildlife surrounding this home. Enjoy many custom touches, including beautiful tiled floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable furnishings throughout the home. The kitchen has custom light fixtures, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and granite countertops. The center island overlooks the living area with lots of windows and glass doors for enjoying the views. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a wooden table and seating for 8. The living area has plenty of seating, including two sofas and two cozy chairs. A Bluetooth speaker is located in the living area so you can enjoy your favorite music during your stay. Two sets of glass doors lead out to the large wrap-around deck featuring a pool, gas grill, and peaceful lagoon views.

The primary bedroom, located in the rear of the home, has a king-sized bed, TV, French doors leading to the deck, and private bathroom with a tiled shower with glass enclosure. A secondary bedroom is located on the front of the home with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with granite counters and a nicely tiled shower. A bedroom is just off of the kitchen with a queen bed, reading chair, dresser, and flat-screen TV. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combination located down the hall. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, a TV, and an attached bathroom that is shared with the queen bedroom.

A guest suite with private entry is located above the standalone garage (the garage is not available for guest use). The suite has an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa and TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and and granite countertops, a dining area, and a private king-sized bedroom with TV. Perfect for extended families or multiple family trips.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 6' W x 14' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
