This 2 bedroom townhouse is the perfect choice for
guests who enjoy Golf, Tennis & all of the various
amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. This updated villa
offers a King in the master and a Queen and Twin in
the 2nd bedroom. Overlooking a lagoon, with a peaceful
setting where you can watch the different birds of the
Island. Guests have unlimited access to the Sea Pines
Beach Club via the Sea Pines Trolley in the summer
time. In offseasons, you can drive to the beach and
park. There is a large complex pool on site. Free Wi-Fi.

Great location within Sea Pines! We loved riding bikes to Harbor Town and around the island. The townhouse was comfortable and suited our needs well - my only complaint is that it could have been cleaner.

My family has rented this townhouse last 2 years and have already reserved for 2024. It is a great location to bike to Harbor Town for shopping or to the Beach Club for the fun on the beach. The home is nicely decorated and always very clean!!!

The condo has all the fundamentals and the first floor is nicely updated. The one negative was the bedding: the mattress and pillows were low-budget and uncomfortable.
