Stayed Dec 27, 2025My family really enjoyed 22 Shell Ring Road for our week long vacation. We all enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table and community pickle ball courts.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Beautiful property with great decor and easy to use kitchen, beach and bathroom supplies. The property sits across from the nature preserve and we saw all sorts of beautiful birds (and a gator!). Great private backyard. Unfortunately, we booked this for the hot tub which want working. The management team did send repair people who fixed it for one day and the it cooled down again.But overall highly recommend. The master bathroom is spectacular!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025We had an amazing month at this home! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean and organized, warm and welcoming! It helped that everything was labeled in the kitchen; everything was easy to find. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen, laundry room, and garage were with things we could use, especially all the beach gear, which was in excellent condition! We had many fun meals on the screened porch, enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night, and took many bike rides around Sea Pines. Our kids loved the bedroom they shared upstairs. We had a very memorable trip and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in every way. The open layout of the common areas is a big plus. The hot tub was excellent during the cold nights. The beds were very comfortable. The garage was also a plus as it could be used for parking or an extra area for entertainment. There is a nice ping pong table there along with another TV. Check0in was a breeze and we really felt like we owned the house during our stay. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you so much for sharing your property!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024I have stayed all over Sea Pines (usually Harbor Town) but never for 2 weeks. So happy this was the home I stayed in. While staying in Harbor Town has its advantages, we absolutely loved the quiet this property provided as well as the proximity to activities. The house was immaculate! On the rainy evenings, there was still plenty to do. Plethora of games (Ping pong table), books, beach tools (caddies, chairs, towels), access to your favorite channels and nothing felt better than the hot tub after a full day of fun in the sun to relax the bones. My favorite was the screened in porch with a lovely cup of coffee or vino. Would come back in a second.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024The house was exactly as we expected. It was bright and sunny and very well equipped. The screened in porch was delightful for dinner and being so close to the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, there was lots of bird chatter to hear - and to watch the sun set. The hot tub was a bonus for our grandchildren - and we all enjoyed that. The beds were very comfortable and we all got great night sleeps. We would highly recommend this house.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023House was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Pictures accurately display houses current state and amenities. Location is close to shops, restaurants, actives and beaches. Lots to do! Property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Beds are clean and comfy! Lots of room for everyone!

Stayed Sep 23, 2023Group of friends stayed a long weekend. It was a great house. Had everything we needed. Beautiful inside and the backyard was very nice. Quiet neighborhood but close to many things.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023The house is in a great location. We spent allot of our time at 2 different beaches; both were a short drive. The house was nice, except the carpet can afford to be cleaned or replaced. 1 bathtub for 3 kids was a bit of a hassle at times. The water drained very slowly. I called about it, but it didn’t get taken care of. No utility sink so couldn’t wash off sandy shoes and things. We had a small issue with the hot tub and that was resolved quickly. Overall all very nice time!
