22 Ruby Close - 5 Bedroom Home on the Lake

Words cannot express how 9 day staycation at 22 Ruby Close. It was a perfect venue for our daily excursions, and my family would often state after a busy day out: ‘let’s go home now’. The amenities were outstanding and particularly the pool, where the kids lived for hours on end. Value for money with a group of family. Thank you

We had our family up from melbourne with 5 kids over the duration of the stay. The property was faultless. Large enough to be out of each others hair, but intimate enough for us all to enjoy each others company.

I have absolutely no criticism of this property. It was unbelievably gorgeous. We all adored it in our very different ways, considering the range of ages in the group - from 81 down to 7. Ample space to get away - it was a family group and families tend to spat a little now and then. Just perfect. Thank you so much. Rosemary

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. It very quickly became our home away from home housing all the necessities we needed for our week stay. Very spacious with amazing views from every room. It felt like our own private island whilst being a drive away from the local town. We were able to enjoy the surrounding tour spots and on days off we enjoyed the pool and views from the house. Communication with the agent is also very easy and they're very accommodating of any queries or requests you may have. We plan to visit again very soon!

We absolutely loved our stay. House is beautiful, grounds are perfect, all the facilities a big group could ask for especially with little kids. Communication was easy and all questions answered promptly. Location was out from the Main Street but we had a car so was easy to get around, local shuttle bus is simple to use so even without a car you can still get into town with ease. We will be back. We had such a great stay in Port Douglas! We have been up from Melbourne in January for the last few years, this was our first time at this particular house and we will definitely back! There were 9 of us and there was more than enough room for us to fit comfortably. Beautiful pool, great kitchen with everything you could possibly need, very luxurious - we felt like we were really living it up for a week. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome property , felt like we were in a Villa in tropical Bali but without all the hassle and risks of going overseas.

We had a fabulous time in the house. It is very specious, perfect for home dinning and we all loved the pool. We especially enjoyed being on the lakeside with the variety of wildlife!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 22 Ruby Close. The house was huge and plenty of space for 3 families, including 4 kids. The outdoor area looking out to the lake was spectacular.
