HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

    Excellent home! Had everything I was going to go shopping for like ziplock bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. So many other items that just made it convenient while we stayed. Would recommend to friends!

It seemed to be a quieter section of Sea Pines; more dog walkers than children and bicycles. (We liked that!). If you walk a dog after dark, make sure you have a flashlight - it's dark in the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Since finding Beverly Serral several years ago I will only rent a BestNest property, they are that good and 22 Hollyberry lived up to the standards. Home was exactly as shown in pictures/listing. It was clean and comfortable. Beach chairs and wagon were very handy and appreciated. Community half court and pool were great for the teens in the group. I have to put this seven year old niece loved the home. She said it's so pretty and she liked the deck for breakfast. Thanks so much for a wonderful week.
