Stayed Mar 13, 2025Me and two close friends had a fantastic long weekend in Sandy, using this property as our home base to ski Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude. The property was spacious, well-kept and a perfect location for a small group. We absolutely loved having a soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing!

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Group of 4 friends on a ski trip. The house checked all the boxes. it was clean and comfortable, had a garage for keeping all our ski gear in the evenings. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor where all the bedrooms are. Had one problem with the porch light strobing when you walked up to it. It was on a switch, so we just turned it off, but hopefully the owner takes care of that, but not a big deal. Very good value for a 3-bedroom house in the Sandy area, but it does only have 3 queen beds, so it doesn't sleep as many as some of the more expensive 3br homes, but also notably less expensive than those other homes. Great for 3 couples or smaller group of friends. Small pet peeve--only has Keurig machine--no drip coffee pot. They supplied quite a few pods though so we just packed our purchased ground coffee home with us!

Stayed Feb 2, 20252 friends and I travel to SLC each year to ski. The location was perfect for that and the home was comfortable. The owner is very responsible and followed up on each of our questions quickly.
