I want to start out with the positive: the host of this property is very good, communicative and timely with responses. Aside from this, we were all disappointed with the property. The description says it has been recently updated and all reviews say how clean and good the condition is. It had a 9.2 overall rating as wonderful. After staying there, we went back and looked more closely at reviews, pictures and description and realized the latest reviews are a few years old and the pics look old too, maybe from when it was once recently updated. The condition of the property now has significantly gone down and thats why it was disappointing. It is not very clean, there is missing, cracked and broken counter tiles in the kitchen, all the baseboards in the house are soiled, missing and haphazardly applied. There is mold in the caulking and grout in the tubs, the paint on the walls in the bedrooms is so thin and streaky you can see the underlying paint. There are missing lightbulbs in almost all the fixtures and if they aren't missing then they're burned out. The backyard was not inviting and there's writing on the brick walls from children scribbling with chalk, holes in the ground where dogs have dug or plants taken out and weeds growing everywhere. The furniture in the entire house is very low quality, broken or missing pieces. And the 2 neighbors actoss the street like racing their vehicles on the road at wee hours in the morning. It really needs updating now.

The house was laid out just as described. The first impression is that it is a very nice home. It is in a pleasant neighborhood and we felt very safe in our coming and going. However, the first thing I noticed were the path lights which were laying on the sidewalk or in the yard rather than where they were meant to be. I suspected neighborhood vandalism, possibly by kids. Once inside, there were some problems with the home. We found several lights that were out - the master bathroom and laundry room specifically. The walls were noticeably dirty with mucus (what appeared to be picked and tossed snot) and dirt, there were many stains on the carpeted area and it was crusted as though it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. ALL of the bedding was dirty with what can be assumed was pet hair and had to be washed when we arrived due to the severe animal allergies of several family members. Bath towels were left on the counter tops in the bathrooms and there was no where to hang hand towels or bath towels in any bathroom. We are a large family of 9 and found the lack of cookware and dishware disturbing. We ultimately purchased a toaster, large cooking pot and a good fry pan, among other dishware, which we brought home with us.Our family had a great time in Las Vegas and we are glad we had a home to return to each day rather than a hotel. We just wish it had been cleaner and better stocked to accommodate such a large family.

The home was in a great location for us. The rental rate was well worth it, and just as described on the page. There is plenty of natural light, which is great in the day, not so much in the morning. The downside side is the house is too bright for those sleeping in the living room. So my only suggestion is darker or blackout curtains.

We enjoyed it especially cuz we have kids and they wanted to stay and play on the games but we explored a little of Vegas thanks

We stayed for a little over a month. Great neighborhood and clean cozy house.

Nice home

The home is exceptionally clean, and the neighbors are extremely nice. Me and my wife stayed there for a long period of time. The only thing the house was missing was a possible dresser for clothes in the primary bedroom. Ample room and shade for our dogs outside. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Las Vegas area, whether it is long or short term

We were out there for a mini motorcycle ride so access to the garage really gave us the security not only to store our bikes but getting there and unloading all our belongings especially with my toddler made unpacking much easier and convenient allowing me to keep an eye on my child. I also was allowed to bring my little dog a beautiful safe, smoke friendly, backyard allowed my pooch to roam and lots of shade to keep her cool. The place is always clean and has toilet paper available and towels. The best part is a nice set of washer and dryers. Just a beautiful home that really gives the comfort of feeling At Home. The property is so close to big name stores. Especially walmart for all those forgotten items or breakfast items to make at home. Also there are so many options to eat in the area and an easy straight drive to the strip. And let me tell you about the awesome mountain view, jist stunning. Everytime i go to Vegas I make sure this is the House im getting. Mrs. Summer Silva is great with Communiating and answering all my questions with quick responses. BOOK NOW!!!

It’s my second time staying at this house and it’s definitely my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas, it’s a big house in a quiet area, very spacious and have various markets and stores near by, Jimmy is very friendly and the check in is pretty smooth! My family and I enjoy this house, only 20-25 min away from the Vegas Stip, everything was clean and very organize, I definitely recommend this place and obviously I’ll stay again here :)
