Host amenities were a big plus and the customer service of the management company was excellent. They were responsive to all our questions. Thank you for allowing us to make memories with our family in your home.

The location is perfect — quick access to the beach plus nearby groceries and restaurants. The house itself is in good condition and mostly matched the VRBO photos. Inside, there’s plenty of space: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining area.The main issue was cleanliness. We found personal items left in and under the couch, and several areas were not well cleaned. While these were small things, they still affected the experience.The biggest disappointment was the outdoor area, which didn’t match the listing photos. The pool was dirty with no cleaning equipment provided, and the pool chairs were so filthy they couldn’t be used. The outdoor fireplace was out of service and dirty, the ping-pong table had paint blisters making it unusable, and the kids’ playground was in poor condition. We reported the issues, but the host chose not to address them.Overall: Interior — good and spacious; Amenities — present but poorly maintained; Host responsiveness — needs improvement. My final rating: B-.

The home was beautiful and well stocked for travelers. The pool and yard were lovely. The home was located in good proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

This place was great

The property is perfectly located for walks around the neighborhood, walk to Publix and Whole Foods, close to RT 1 but not so close you hear the traffic. Lovely neighborhood, great pool, two very large master bedrooms along w two more normal sized bedrooms. Check in and communication easy, the team was quick to respond to any texts. The kitchen had every item a kitchen should have. Would definitely recommend the house and the team managing the house.

Very nice location, we enjoyed our stay and Matt was really helpful and responded very quickly. I can recommend this for sure no issues at all.

Excellent choice!! We spent a wonderful week in family. The host was very proactive and aware of every detail. The location and neighborhood excellent. I highly recommend it!

This is our absolute favorite house in Pompano/lauderdale area. We have stayed here a couple times and HIGHLY recommend it . The communication with the property manager is as customer service should be . It is perfectly appointed , the pool/backyard area is great. The fire pit puts it over the top .

The house is absolutely beautiful. We were 2 families sharing the house on our vacation. The house is very spacious with 2 master suites with king size beds and 2 additional bedrooms. Beautiful backyard with heated pool. Very responsive host. We were provided with beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and extra blankets. The house was fully stucked with paper products, detergent, soap. Will definitely come back.

Great house. Very spacious and clean. Very open and stocked kitchen. Large open lot. Great pool and outdoor hang out area. Ping Pong table and fire pit unique additions. Very nice area to walk in. Close to everything. Very responsive management company.
