We enjoyed the spacious home and it met our needs. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. No extra garbage bags, paper towels. Garage door needs some lubrication.

The place was nice, loved the pool. I didn't realize it was a gated community. A little annoying getting in after long days at the theme parks but nothing unbearable. Cooking took a couple trips to the store as there is no basic food items like salt and pepper, or any seasonings for food. Also no laundry soap to start a load of laundry upon leaving or extra trash bags. Other than those minor things, the place was great. Really comfortable stay.

The pool heating was faulty for the first week. Never really got warm e nough. The pool was turned off on our last day. The management team were attentive trying to resolve the issues. The villa was nice with a good location within the communityThe security gate on the entry to the community was a complete nightmare and because of this I wouldn’t rebook which is a shame.

Great place, in a great neighborhood.

This rental was very nice and we had a good time but there were some issues with the A/C and hot tub. The A/C was supposed to stay at a certain temperature like 75, per the rules, so it did get a little hot at times especially in the front bedroom when the hot sun was coming in throughout the daytime hours. The host did let us put it down to like 72 since we had my pregnant daughter in law with us but it was still a little warm at times especially since the A/C seemed to be having trouble keeping the temperature down to 72 degrees. The hot tub was confusing. We paid extra for the hot tub to be hot. It would take a while to heat up and sometimes it was not hot at all. The pool was very nice especially with the cover over the top to keep bugs out. The neighborhood pool/playground was great and there was no one there. Lastly, I just want to mention that my family is big on watching movies and my grandson watches the Disney channel so the tv in the living room was large and worked well but the tvs in the bedrooms were very small about the size of a computer monitor so not as good. Anyway, like I said we had a great time anyway because the weather was good and we were together.

This is our third time staying at this property. It is well kept. We enjoy it's proximity to all things Disney and that it is in a gated community and has a private pool. We definitely will be back.

We enjoyed this house. It wasn’t perfect, but it was set up and it was very laid out the pictures do it justice. Lots of instructions everywhere. The pool was smal but nice. The clubhouse pool was really nice. They also had a splash park for the Littles and then a smaller pool for the young kids.

This house was great! Gated community. Nice and quiet. If you want to visit Orlando area but want to be to be out of the touristy areas this is the place. House was clean and set up perfect for any family!

Perfect for a family vacation with a spacious fully equipped home highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and hot tub. Hostess very attentive, responded timely, and helpful in suggestions for shopping, best beach day and even when we needed a light bulb replaced. A pretty home; you can hear the birds singing every morning and watch the incredible sunsets in the evening from the hot tub.

Getting through security every night was a hassle. Issues with the ID scanner or just plain rude security. Bed was incredibly creaky, a good night sleep was more due to exhaustion than anything else. Mold in showers, dust everywhere, small ants, water kettle had some buildup at the spout, unsure what that was. A more detailed cleaning is definitely in order.

Needs some upgrades, bed was very louad and hard to sleep. Place was messy, need a major deep clean. Found mice poop in window after having to strip the beds. Did not come stocked with any household products ( only had one tide pod and one dishwasher pod). Management we nice and easy to talk with. Community was quiet and secure.

The house was great. The mattresses/box springs were old and loud when you moved, but I had a noise machine so it wasn’t too bad. The floors were dirty. Walking in socks or bare feet turned then dark brown. Bathroom rug visibly dirty first day. Other than that everything was great! Pool was great and we had no trouble going in and out of the property. We really had a very nice stay.

The house was fine. Could use an updating though. Make sure you purchase household items because this rental doesn't come with much. If you book this property, you will understand. Not a big deal, just annoying. The main issue was the property manager entering the home without permission and unannounced. Don't walk around in your undergarments because you may have a unannounced visitor. It was a miscommunication issue, but still...

Neighborhood is very nice, house is pretty (older home maybe). Pool seemed nice, but we never got around to using it. Home could use a little updating (i.e. bed mattresses, shower heads). Sofa is nice, not extremely comfortable but still nice. Would’ve liked another chair for sitting. Wait time at gate took a bit of time in the beginning. Fairly close to good restaurants, shopping not so much. Communication with Mindy was quick and helpful. Entering the home upon first arrival was easy. I guess my biggest complaint would be that the house needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, master bath shower). Overall I would give this home a 4.5 out of 5 and would recommend.

Great time with the family, the property is very well taken care of, very pleasant stay and great communication with the staff. Everything was as described and the only thing I would like to point out to you guys is if possible to upgrade all the mattresses in the bedrooms. Besides the little note above I would definitely stay in your property again, it was a very good time. Thank you for everything.

The house is well maintained, has everything one needs,and is close to all the attractions.
