Stayed Jul 19, 2025All food had to be stored in the refrigerator, even dry goods. The garbage can had to be left outside. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. They were crawling on us at night. The owner sprayed Home Depot bug poison around the house which did nothing. It doesn’t seem legal to have an unlicensed exterminator spray chemicals in and around a rental property.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We had a nice stay! It was very clean and a short walk to many restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. Easy for my family to walk with zero complaints. When we had questions, the owner messaged back very quickly.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Love the convenient location. Easy walk to beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Nicely updated interior and very clean. Missed having laundry machines but not a big deal. My only disappointment was that the beds were loud and uncomfortable.

Stayed Aug 29, 2020A perfect summer cottage for a family stay. The listing is completely accurate and the location is one of the best in Lavalette. Easy access to literally everything. We spent the week there with our three young children. The only amenity missing is laundry - but in case you need one, there’s a laundromat within walking distance. We recommend renting with Greg, he’s a very organized renter.
