Plenty big enough for our extended family, our granddaughters gave us thank you card on our return which said (thanks for the best ever holiday).The of the property was in a good location, it was extremely clean & in great shape. We had a problem getting into the property on arrival and with the toaster during our stay both were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the local management/maintenance staff. Overall our stay was more than we could have expected and the property was exactly as described.I would definitely recommend this to friends and family

This home had everything! Attention to all details! Nicely furnished and very adequately supplied with linens, appliances, tableware, pool toys, beach equipment and very high on serving the needs of children while on vacation. The home is new and beautifully appointed, The cleanliness was very appreciated because sometimes that is not the case with a rental property. I recommend this property.

Home is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need and a 5 min walk to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful house in a beautiful location provided our 10 person family from three different states a wonderful and memorable Christmas week. The house, the pool, the spa and the location – a five minute walk from the beach was perfect. We especially appreciated all the beach amenities that were included – chairs, floats, wagon to carry things, Pickleball rackets – a ping-pong table in the garage and even cornhole. MIVP was also very helpful and even allowed us to send a small Christmas tree that they held for us until we arrived. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.were also in close proximity. This experience exceeded our expectations and we would go back in a heartbeat!
