Beautiful custom home in the Meyers area of South Lake Tahoe with breathtaking mountain views!

The upstairs great room is quite spacious and has vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace and beautiful forest and mountain views. The kitchen features granite slab counters, a gas cooktop, and brand new stainless steel appliances. Regular coffee machine available. The master bedroom also has forest/mountain views, a walk in closet, a private master bathroom, with customtile work, and a jetted Jacuzzi tub.

Downstairs includes 3 spacious guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. This home is located near miles of hiking/biking trails, the Upper Truckee River, Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood Ski resorts nearby as well as Heavenly. There are also 2 golf courses that double as snowmobile tracks in the winter located within 1 mile of the home. You will absolutely love this home!

Worth Mentioning
* Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have become extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities
* This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
* This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
* We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
* No pets are allowed. If you bring a pet, you must pay a $1000 penalty and are subject to eviction with no refunds.

Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels.     The stay was great and we truly enjoyed it. Great location and nice neighborhood that I enjoyed the morning jog. The only small thing I would recommend is the floor might need a better cleaning/mopping. It looks clean but my daughter’s white socks got pretty dirty. But that really didn’t bother me much so just a very minor feedback for improvement.

    I was very impressed by this property: the kitchen was well stocked; there were extra air mattresses; tons of large screen TV’s that were simple to cast to. Entry through keycode made it easy for large groups to come and go with separate cars. Lastly, the proximity to Heavenly and Kirkwood was a big plus.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home with great shared areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room). The master bathroom shower is fantastic. We also really liked the location with some nice parks in walking distance, a good grocery store nearby and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. This is also fantastic for cycling with easy access to Luther Pass and Hope Valley.

    Loved the place. Wish we could use hot tub, but I get why you don’t. I would t want god knows what in my hot tub either. Loved that there were some spices. Appreciate the quality of the kitchenware. We would love to come back again and again, but we have a couple VERY well behaved dogs that we would want to bring. If you let ilia bring them, we would be there once or twice a year for sure. Thanks for letting us use your place. It’s very nice.
