Stayed Sep 8, 2024Three days of golf and two evenings to enjoy OCMD. My only negative is receiving the entry code. I understand the need to safeguard the property, but I had 11 guest that I wanted to know where the condo was and how to enter. No big deal it all worked out well.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024This place was close to the beach and was massive, but it really needed a deep clean. The couch and carpets were stained, there was black mold in the master shower, and the coffee pot still had coffee from previous guests. No beach chairs or beach towels provided. The patio could be a wonderful space (with a partial beach view) but just has a few cheap plastic chairs. For the money spent, I was disappointed. But there’s a lack of similar spaces in the area for large groups, and it was nice to have three parking spots.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024condo was large enough for the whole family! closeness to the beach was great! More detail needed for cleaning and repairs to unit. Towels provided seem like they were throw- aways from someone's closet. not enough handtowels and washcloths. ice and water dispenser on refrigerator does not work! I called for light bulb changes and no one ever came. but overall, we liked the unit.

Stayed May 26, 2023This condo is such a good location to the beach, we could not have found something better for the size and location. Three parking spots under the garage and lots of free street parking is wonderful for a large group. Lots of supplies, and plenty of dishes in the kitchen, and overall it seems much bigger than in pictures!

Stayed Sep 29, 2022This condo was the perfect size/space for our group of 13! My sister’s family of 6 and mine (4), along with our parents and nephew spent the weekend for our brothers beach wedding. While the weather wasn’t the best — we enjoyed hanging out in the condo together when not exploring, but also liked having our own spaces (with 7 kids under 15 years old, it was a must!) Great access to the beach and ample parking. We would stay here again if traveling with a group this size!
