Unfortunately, there is quite a list of issues: 1. Upon arriving at the property, I still had not received information on how to enter - no code info. Had to email and then call. I am used to receiving that info at the time of my final payment or at least 24 hours before hand. 2. Property's actual condition was not reflected accurately in pictures provided in the VRBO listing. I believe they must have been uploaded at time of original listing and do not reflect current overall condition. For example: stains on rugs and couches. 3. There are a couple of items listed in comments from previous renters that were mentioned a year ago that still have not been addressed - the dishwasher, for example, is still not secured properly and falls forward when opened. Still not enough towels for a unit that also provides a pool. 4. Cleanliness/Appearance - - hair found in bed of 1st bedroom on hallway, dirt/grime around baseboard, garage where washer/dryer is located is full of dead bugs and dirty, screened-in porch so dirty we didn't want to use it at all, pool was full of debris and skimmer had not been cleaned out in quite a while (had to call about this issue), ants/flies in house, wasp nests in window sills, siding falling off of house, backyard overgrown with dilapidated structures in yard, brick decking around pool not secure and unsafe, threshold from bathroom to bedroom in primary bath were not completed, pan of grease left in oven. Does not reflect VRBO standards.

The beds were comfortable and our group enjoyed the open layout of the place. The following is more information for future renters assuming nothing changes. The pool was a bit chilly since it is still early in the year and the chlorine level was a 20 (vs the appropriate 2) but that didn't stop our family from enjoying it. The hammock was delightful for soaking up some sun. The kitchen lacked a few essentials (e.g., liquid measuring cup, cookie sheet) but did have many helpful items (some spices, syrup, and plastic wrap, for example). We refilled the propane tank for the outdoor grill as a previous guest left the valve open. Some of the (bathroom) doors were sticky or finicky but nothing insurmountable. (I suggest making sure to keep an ear open for youngsters needing a hand opening the main bathroom door.) Also, just be gentle with the dishwasher if you use it, it likes to tilt a bit if you are not careful when loading it. There were pool towels and a working washer/dryer available. Our family much enjoyed our stay as the property was clean and big enough for all of us. The property manager always responded quickly & helpfully.

Property was clean - however the house was saturated with cigarette odor in all rooms and closets. Main bathroom door would not shut which was awkward. Enjoyed the Great Pool, yard and open design.

House was clean and updated! Glad to see when I walked in the door that everything looked nice. Some doors did not shut all the way and dishwasher was not installed so it would dip forward when loading. Also the backyard landscape could use some sprucing up. Pool was amazing and wonderful to use! Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the house. Location was easy to get to and close to anything we wanted to do.

This home was enjoyed by 4 adults and 4 kids! The layout was great and accommodated nicely!

Quite disappointed other than the pool was a plus for the kids. Definitely was not up to the standard that it should of been for what we paid. Several issues with the house inside and out.
