2,000 sq.ft. 4-bedroom family-friendly house near Mackinac Island, on Lake Huron

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space for our family. Easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend water shoe if you want to swim. Very rocky and some of the rocks were slippery. The only real completely we had was the Internet wasn’t very strong and phone service wasn’t great. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Very nice place! Very clean. Beautiful view of Lake Huron and the sound of the waves was nice! Catching the freighters passing through was cool!

We loved the privacy of the home. Very quiet and peaceful. Had a few things that popped up but Sara was great and very communicative. Beautiful property.

We had a great time. Communication was quick and easy, we had one small issue and it was fixed the next day. Wonderful view of Lake Huron!

Our family had a great time here. Our group included a 2 (almost 3) year old, a 1 yr old, and 4 adults. The house fit our family perfectly, we loved the view, and had a great time sitting around the bonfire. We brought our kiddie pool and some yard games which fit great in the back yard. Being Michiganders we spend a lot of time traveling the state however have never visited Cheboygan. We loved the information Sara left for us and booked a boat tour with the Nautical North Family Adventures. The city was just a short drive to Burt Lake, Roger City, and Mackinaw City while providing us with the peace and tranquility we were seeking for our trip. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a great view, comfortable stay, a little adventure, and some peace/quiet. The only downside to the house was that there is not AC (we knew this when we booked) which was fine in 70-80 degree weather, however when the temperatures reached 95 the house got a bit toasty. I will say the ceiling fans did a great job and we are thinking about getting them for our house (that also does not have AC).

We enjoyed our stay here. We visit this area every year for our family vacation. The house was clean and spacious and the property was beautiful.

Sara was an amazing host with an amazing home. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns and she was extremely nice. The house had everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils. Everything was clean when we arrived and the view of the backyard and the lake was beautiful!
