20 Oaks Beautiful location and home on the Beach

Comfortable home in a lovely place.

My family and I stayed at 20 Oaks for 7 nights. We stayed the week hurricane Francine hit Louisiana. The owner Deborah contacted us to let us know what to expect. We decided to stay. We had to close the hurricane shutters and secure loose objects. The next day was beautiful. The kitchen had every gadget and kitchenware you would need. We all loved the porch overlooking the gulf. The area under the house is very comfortable and relaxing. May have to stay here again.

This was a great spot for our family to enjoy a few days away from the city and make great memories.

Such a beautiful setting. While rocking on the front porch, I could peer thru the Oak tree laced yard to the Mississippi Gulf coast waters. So lovely! The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for a large generational family. The pool was quite nice as you can watch the grands from the balcony as they perform their feats!

Every few years the family gets together for a special vacation. This one was special and memorable. Very roomy property with great pool and easy access to the Gulf shore. Well equipped gourmet kitchen with ice-maker. And...an elevator. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time. If you are planning a vacation in Pass Christian, look no further. The house is well kept and is overall amazing. The elevator is a god send for bringing in groceries and suitcases. Deborah is a superb host always willing to answer questions and returns calls or texts very quickly. Our large family had a wonderful vacation. Few things we didn’t expect. The pool was green for the first 3 days but they quickly got someone out there and we were able to swim after that. THE NEIGHBOR!! Yes… there’s 1 neighbor that watches the house like a hawk. Even to the point of contacting the owner cause we didn’t pull back the trash cans in time. The house is wonderful!! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The description on VRBO is alittle deceiving. This house has 6 bedrooms . 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room that sleeps six. The property is beautiful and everything you need is close by. We love that the beach is so shallow especially with very little ones. No puddle jumpers needed. Elevator is awesome. Hauling groceries and luggage was a breeze. Definitely recommend for a large family like ours.

Wonderful week. Loved the layout - great for families with wide range of ages. Back and forth from pool to beach so easy. Had small issue with elevator but it was taken care very quickly. Many good restaurants around also.

Awesome location . Very spacious. Would rent again
