20 Minutes From Alta, Snowbird; 30 Minutes From Brighton, Solitude

Comfortable home with plenty of sleeping and family visiting areas. Well stocked kitchen. Home is somewhat dated so if cutting edge is your thing, this isn’t for you. But if family fun with cooking, pets, and comfort is your thing, this place was great. Judene, the owner was super responsive. There are all kinds of equipment, etc for those who chose to use it (awe did not). 1,r miles to a nice grocery, and quiet neighborhood. FANTASTIC back yard with pear tree and to,atop that Jundene told us we could pick.

The stay was comfortable. The property is dated and need to be upgraded. The furniture need to be updated and the extraneous items either thrown away or stored somewhere else. The TV and cable should be updated. Probably would not stay here again unless things were updated.

Great location! Plenty of room at a great price. 20 minutes from Snowbird. 25 minutes from the SLC airport.

Judene had a great setup with everything we needed. Having coffee available after a late arrival was great!

We had so much fun. Skied all day and played board games at night. The house is perfect for a family vacation and the views are amazing. We didn’t turn the tv on at all. Can’t wait to return.

We just spent a week at this property and while we've been spending a week skiing Snowbird every year for the last 25 years, and have stayed in many properties down in Sandy or the Benches, this was by far the most homey, well stocked, comfortable home we've ever stayed in with our family. This year we had 6 adults and one 2 year old with us and it couldn't have been more perfect! The owner was incredibly responsive, even providing a pak n play, booster seat, and a bunch of toys for our 2 year old grandson so everything was all set up from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is super well-stocked. The nearest grocery is a 4 minute drive away and Snowbird (traffic permitting) was only an 18 minute drive. The layout of the house was perfect for us and so child friendly and adult welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nice. Hopefully it will be available for us next year and every year to come if too many potential renters don't read this!

Awesome place too stay -- clean and very well appointed house (piano was a very nice bonus!), quiet neighborhood, very short drive to Snowbird & Alta, great running/hiking trails right from the house, 5 min drive to groceries/shopping

This home is the perfect place for a ski trip. It is 15 minutes to Alta and snowbird, and 30 minutes to solitude and Brighton. The place is huge, and Judene is super nice and helpful.

My family and I were looking for a way to meet our daughter’s fiancé’s family and this home was perfect for the gathering over thanksgiving dinner. We stayed several days and we loved the space and Judene’s attention to even the smallest of details was phenomenal. Our time was exceptional, Judene was more than exceptional and we would definitely select this property as our FIRST choice when we return to the area.
