20 Marsh Cottage Lane by Akers Ellis Rentals

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week in this house. Their was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were set out perfectly for our group. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you could ever need for cooking. The pool is nice and the porch is spectacular. It’s an easy walk to the beach but we had toddlers so wagons were a plus. The game room in the basement was a nice spot as well. We highly recommend this home

We came to Kiawah with 4 couples for a wedding and rented this amazing home. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked. This kitchen had top of the line appliances. We loved every minute of our trip and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a good friend and bride to be. Ages ranged from 47-77. We cooked, swam, beached, rode bikes and spent hours talking and laughing. We also did a lot of cooking. The space was gracious and no one felt cramped. It was truly perfect for pie friend. Thank you!

Better than the pictures, this house was seriously dreamy and perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 sweet cousins. They loved the bunk room! There’s also a full basement with foos ball and air hockey that our kids got hours of fun out of. Pool was so wonderful, too. Don’t skip on renting bikes!

This home was everything and more! We were so sad to leave the day we checked out. Communication was exceptional, the house was super clean and the kitchen truly was well stocked for a group and entertaining setting. We really had the best time!

This one is one of the nicest - comfortable, beautiful decor, well stocked, close to beach. Only critical comment-baths and kitchen could have been cleaner on arrival; more palmetto bugs in the house than normal-due to poor sealing doors at porch and kitchen. Just needs repair. Otherwise house is gorgeous and perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We found women's underwear on one of the bedroom's floors when we checked in; drawer interiors were dirty; cabinets under sinks (bath & kitchen) were cluttered and obviously not emptied in a long time. Lots of cockroaches. Mold & mildew covered the showers and tubs. The cleaning staff dropped the ball!

The property was located in a really great location in a less crowded part of Vanderhorst. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, and the deck and pool had gorgeous views and was quiet too. Great situation for bedrooms as well; 2 King suites on the 1st floor was perfect!
