My family absolutely LOVED our vacation in this house! The private pool was such a bonus and we used it every day! A short bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, and South Beach made the week! Can not wait to come back!

The day we arrived the property in front of us had heavy equipment such as bulldozers and a tracko and huge disposal trailers and dump trucks in the yard appr 50 ft away from our front door. The first morning @ 7:30 we were abruptly awaken to crashes and bangs and beeps from the equipment. They were demolishing the house , cement footer and pool along with several trees and the fence. This went on the whole weeks stay. We had a 4 year old and a 8 month old baby. They couldn't take naps during the day and no one could sleep in past 7:30 . You couldn't be in the front yard due to noise and construction dust and debris let alone the fear of the 4 year old slipping out the front door. We tried to spend the days away from the house with going to the beach and other activities around Sea Pines. When we first arrived the gas to the stove wasn't working and someone from beach properties promptly came and fixed it and made the comment that she didn't realize there was construction going on and hoped it wouldn't be a inconvenience. In the evenings the home was enjoyable.

This was the perfect, relaxing home for two families to share over Spring Break. Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean and off of the main street. The bike/walking path runs directly behind the home which was very convenient. Our only issue was with the pool as the heat failed into our second day at the home. It was repaired after 24 hours, but we lost a day in the pool that we paid for. Additionally, while there was plenty of sunshine for our liking, the home is in a more shaded area and the leaves on the trees were falling at this time of year (late March-early April). That would not have bothered us much, but the leaves kept clogging the pool filter which caused problems with the water circulation. We personally cleaned the filters at least 3x/day, and had difficulty keeping up. Overall, we were satisfied with the home, its layout, and beautiful, modern kitchen.
